You call into log a complain about a product, the customer service eager to give a discount code to buy a new product.The code doesn't work on the website and directs to a different retailer, where the code is invalid. When you speak to customer care to buy the product on their website, the product is unavailable on the website and they force you to buy the product of double value in order to use the code. Worse than useless would be putting it mildly. Best part of 4hrs on the phone and still no further forward to resolving the problem than I was at the start.Please spare yourself this stress and hassle and purchase from another manufacturer.read more

Whatever you do don't buy directly from Samsung. Their online shop is awful, and their customer service is even worse.
I bought a Fridge Freezer.The first problem was that orders cannot be amended so I couldn't include the install with the order after I purchased. An absolute non-sense.
Then the delivery date passed... and nothing arrived. You would expect an e-mail or a call to let you know that something was wrong. But nothing. I called and apparently the item hadn't dispatched. I asked for an ETA they simply couldn't tell me anything at all. They told me "maybe next week". I waited for next week and nothing happened. To make it even better the product appeared out of stock in their website now. I called and asked about it. They could not tell me anything. They were clueless all they suggested was to keep waiting without further information. So I just asked to cancel the order... even for that there was problems. Samsung IT system didn't work apparently so I had to wait a few more hours.
I am still waiting for the money to be refunded. Hopefully they are able to do that right. And now I have a new fridge freezer from another brand which arrived in 48 hours without problems.read more

Samsung just go from bad to worse to diabolical. If the issue of a free phone with a tv was not enough where they say one thing and do the complete opposite the next minute!!!They retract from a written course of action!!! The same thing happened yet again with my Samsung note 9. There were lots of protracted argument regarding a repair and in the end Samsung said they would apply a 10% credit as a gesture of goodwill if I purchased a Samsung S21 5g Ultra. So I got in touch with them today after waiting an eternity to be put through the customer resolution team they denied all knowledge of the 10% credit. In essence they had the guts they to make it that I was a liar. If I was lying Samsung record all incoming calls then why the heck do they not listen to that!!! STEER VERY CLEAR OF SAMSUNG. THEY ARE NOT WORTH YOUR TIME AND ENERGY.

I have a contract Samsung Galaxy FE 5G, about a week after getting I started having problems!When I came home from work the phone would not switch to my WiFi in fact I couldn't get on the Internet at all. I had to switch the phone off and on to get it to work properly!! Since then things have got progressively worse, I now have to switch the phone off and on about 4 times daily to unfreeze it!! Very poor phone, very frustrating!! I've had Samsung phones for about the last 6 years, this will be the last!!! ??read more

Recently i was excited over a samsung ad for a phone, On the Samsung shop app. The ad specified a price of 554 which included a military discount.I went through the whole process and at the the total was 1199. When i asked customer service why i get an automated message saying you need to select the trade-in option. I replied to them that there was no way to select the trade-in option and that the ad did not say anywhere on it with trade in. I even went so far as to send them emails with the screenshots of the ad and the whole checkout process. No where did it ask for a trade in. And in the ads for some other phones specifically stated with trade-in. When i receive the next message back again I get the same automated message various times over telling me to select trade in. When someone finally responded to my actual question it was a oh that is a problem with our app you need a trade in to get that price sorry for your luck.
So i ask is this any way a company as big as Samsung can treat any customer let alone a disabled vet.read more

We purchased A Samsung refrigerator in 2019. Though problem was there earlier, we did not get an issue with condensation fixed until after the original warranty was done.Where I am really upset is that they only provide a warranty for the replacement part for 90 days. Approximately 150 days after the new part was put in, we have condensation again. And they want us to pay another $400 for the new part. So… Two repairs = over $800. I could’ve just bought another refrigerator for that. Really poor customer service, really poor product. I would not ever recommend a Samsung refrigeratorread more
