I have many domains with them, got really strange issues with them which did never faced in my 13 years carriers with other registrars.I just checked and found that their own domain sav.com is registered through godaddy.com (very strange) which does mean that they are not trusting their own platform for keeping their own domain name.
Upon having any issue, you can only send them an email, that's all and then wait for at least 3 days to get a reply and somehow for getting any issue sorted, one must make ones mind that it could take months.

I had been in the business for 23 years , I never witness a bad support like this company for manyreasons I do NOT recommend SAV :
I was about to transfer my 200 + domains from other registrar (Godaddy in my case) but thankfully I started by only one to test their services after many negative reviews, unfortunately there were a typing error on the domain provided , but strangely their system accepted the "Authorization Code" to transfer me to their payment gateway !
After I noticed the error I sent them a support ticket request to refund my money as according to their disclaimer statement for domains that didn't land to Sav are eligible for refund but I got no reply for 2 days now !
my third complain is that they do not have a ticketing system or chat so there is no way to communicate with them except to sit by your main waiting for days with no REPLY !.
their website does not support mobile versions under "my account" so I have to "Display as desktop version" every time I have to visit their website.read more

Beware before you use save.com
It will change your life permanently. It has zero customer service and technical abilities.If there is any issue arise, you have to rely on GOD. Only he can help you, because sav will not respond your request. Most importantly they have no communication channel. If you are lucky enough they will reply you after few days and will advise you completely wrong.
A domain registrar has no capability to change custom nameservers or DNS propagation, is unbelievable.
So dear customers beware you might buying headache if you choose to use sav.read more
