Shocking customer service and no desire to fix a known issue with camera freezing on Mac.
If you have a Mac,I would recommend avoiding and going elsewhere. This is such a shame as I have been a Camtasia user for years, but their lack of care around fixing this issue means that I am now looking for an alternative. I have been using Snagit for many years and every year they come out with aa new version - with extra but useless features.But I am extremely upset with what I can only call scammers! - I was offered an upgrade through through there software and only after installing was told that it is a 15 day trial. I now have to remove the new software that i don't need and re-install the old version. Be careful - the upgrades are expensive and of little value and you could end up like me having to re-install the previous versionread more
