If we can say that shyplite is a world no.1 fraudest company this is perfectly true Because on 12thMarch they send me bill and only their is 200 rs Difference when i raised a dispute automatically thier is showing -2387 (in Minus) and when i call to executive they told you have to be paid 2387 then your services will continue totally fraud company i had raised a request in cyber crime and consumer court and also upload the video on you tube Please share this video as soon as possible

SHYPLITE will Cheat you while Billing

We had shipped 3 identical shaped Cartoon Box (Egg Cartoons in cm. 36x36x36) weighing 23 Kg + 25 Kg + 20 Kg = Total 68 Kgs on 6th Jan'21 vide AWB No 782326909570 of FedEx.To our utter surprise, we noticed that they have erroneously billed us against an absolutely abnormal weight of 233.5 Kgs. This is totally unacceptable and ridiculous as the weight charged to us is even more than triple the actual weight of shipment. Above all their initial response against our query for Dispute mentioning "MPS Shipment cannot be Escalated for Weight Dispute" and marking Status as Rejected is even more funny. In case of MPS maybe it is difficult to reconcile Box wise weights, but there should not be any issue resolving the Disputes related to the Total Weight. Please note that even in FedEx Website under Detailed AWB wise Tracking, it is very clearly mentioning that the TOTAL SHIPMENT WEIGHT is 72 Kgs against our Tracking No 782326909570. The screen shot was provided to Shyplite for ready reference. Just imagine, FedEX is confirming Total Shipment Weight as only 72 Kgs whereas Shyplite are billing their Customers for 233.5 Kgs. FedEx Tracking clarifies that Carriers have just charged 72 Kgs only against our AWB and Shyplite are billing us against 233.5 Kgs for the same. It is sheer cheating and fraud on their part. They just provide a standard and irrelevant reply without bothering ro rectify their billing. When FedEx is displaying only 72 Kgs in their portal how can Shyplite charge us for 233.5 Kgs. When proofs has been provided then why anyone will not entertain the dispute only because it was MSP order. I think it is Shyplite company's policy to make easy money by fraud and cheat method.

Worst shipping Aggregators…AVOID

This is one of the worst shipping aggregator you will find in India either you are shipping within India or Overseas. If your shipping is damaged/lost,you will not get any refund from these in any way...response is provided in few hrs without talking to the courier partners. Weight issue is too much, they promise that after providing the images then will resolve the issue but all in vain. If you do international shipping then they charge you at the time of booking and again charge you when invoice is generated. When you complained then they refund the amount after a week and this happens every month. Cons not ends here, there backend is one of the worst always database keep going down several times in a day, updates applied during the peak hrs when you are working. Managers like Jagriti sharma, Suhaib usmani just keep sending you copy/paste mails and not able to solve any issue. if your account also got these managers..then forget anything good going to happen. So, in short avoid this

They don't bother to reply emails or call back , Very poor service they don't release the COD on time ,Keep COD on hold for more then one months. Please don't signup for shyplite. Fraud Company

Worst aggregator. They have absolutely no say with the carrier. Losing the shipments and not acknowledging it is normal for them.They take weeks even months to remit cod whereas other aggregators give within 2-3 days from delivery. Worst booking system. Neither the application is mobile friendly nor they have any app. Pricing is inflated. They charge premium for carrier selection option which is available free of cost with many carriers. Stay away from Shyplite.

Well, I had the worst experience ever with shyplite and want to share it to everyone willing to partner with this carrier provider.I booked an order for 30th July and it was supposed to deliver on 11 Aug. It got delayed and they asked me to wait. I patiently waited for 20 days and later I decided to call them for the update. They started giving an excuse every time, I specifically told their representative to at least give me a real update. They couldn't give me and always ask me to wait for the update. Even they lie to me to wait for 30 minutes and they will give a call back themselves many time. That never happens now today is 10 September and they are saying the order is returning to me without even calling to the customer. How is that fair? Am I sending the parcel to roam around and come back to me? I am not only sharing this incident here in google. I will post it everywhere possible until I get a proper resolution. I waited for more than 1 month and 10 days.
