I'm paying $300/month And My Site Still Got Compromised

I'm paying $300/month, and the reps from Sitelock told me I needed to go up on the subscription,but when I got the service they told me this is all I was going to need. But now they have sold my private information to third party services (hindi scammers). This company acquired Sitelock recently, Abry Partners LLC, they are in charge of the company now.
So basically all my sites were compromised, and now they want to talk to me so I can cancel other than that they dont pick up or communicate with you. It really sucks because I liked their service, I just don't like the unethical practices.
If you want to save yourself the headache, I suggest you tell your webmaster to disconnect from this service and look for something better. I don't like this because of this incident all my family are getting spam calls and many other sort of petty and weird things are happening, and you would think paying $300/month would be great, nope they want more money, well I'm moving somewhere else.

i recently changed the hosting on my website, purchased an "essentials" plan with the hosting plan,and immediately started getting attacks on my website. After contacting sitelock multiple times with no response, my site was suspended. This time, sitelock responded when i contacted them and informed me that the plan i had purchased did absolutely nothing- it only scans for malware, and despite the scans showing there was no malware on my website, sitelock support insisted there was( and essentials just doesnt show it) and i would have to pay for their most expensive plan to ever have access to my website again. They essentially held my livelyhood hostage until i paid a large amount to even be able to access the backend of my site.

Very poor experience. Had a manual removal of malware from my site. Said only a few days,continued to give false promises and conflicting excuses for the next 6 weeks saying it takes hours a day to scan the thousands of files and itl be another week, then another week. Then finally said contact my host provider after me chasing them, did this who brought the site back up only for it to still be infected! Back to square one, then finally they sorted it after all that within 2 hours! imo, nonence and lies for the last 6 weeks. Always were trying to worm their way out on chat support with excuses that conflicted the next support person's reason, along with just quite obvious lies sometimes, in my opinion. What an ordeal, avoid this company.

I would give this company negative stars if I could. The only way to cancel your account is by calling and speaking to a human.I have been trying to call them for the past 3 months to cancel my account to no avail. Finally got to speak to someone and was told that I would have to pay an early termination fee. WHAT??? I was not aware that my contract auto renewed from signing up in 2019, Shady, bad business practices. Very disappointed in this company and would not recommend to anyone.

Now I'm stuck paying for a service that I DO NOT WANT.
