Site looks clear to navigate, but on my phone it timed me out after I’d put in all my info and then was seeking one missing point or button,and had to restart. By then, I’d lost the two tickets I’d earmarked . Said I’d been “inactive” for 6 minutes. I was always looking or clicking, but it Took more than 6 mins to choose tickets fill in the details correctly

I purchased a ticket through Skiddle to take my daughter and her friend to watch Harry potter at Daisy Dukes drive in cinema in Wigan on the first bank holiday in May.A week before we were due to go I got an email saying it was postponed to the bank holiday at the end of May. I explained to the kids that they would still be going just a little bit later in the month. I have now received another email postponing untill OCTOBER and changing the movie to Ghostbusters !!!!! What Ghostbusters has to do with Harry Potter I will never know!
I've since looked at reviews for the drive in cinema and there seems to be lots of people saying their booking got repeatedly postponed or cancelled and they still haven't received refunds.

One star not even deserved. Impossible to contact anyone or anything about an event that you have a query about.I book with Skiddle usually yearly for several tickets for a model agency company and I’ll be going to a private client now to book tickets instead of Skiddle. Shocking money grabbing company.
