Will never get your refund.

don't buy expensive beauty device from this beauty store. they will never refund to you if their product has quality issue.I brought a device, the battery no longer hold the charge after 8 months using. I returned it and ask for refund. The UPS tracking showed the device delivered in 3 days. but they still don't want to refund to you after amost 2 months. I followed up several times, they just give a simple answer, and they don't give you phone number or other contacts. you have to leave message on their web. every time, you ask them status, they said need 72 hours to response. then disappear, they will never want to response. don't buy from this web. customer service sucks. the worst shopping experience i had.

$220 worth of products NEVER received.

I ordered over $200 worth of products and it was for some reason “undeliverable” according to USPS.A month later, the order is still attempting to be “returned to the sender.” yet it’s still sitting at the same post office because the post office cannot get in contact this company to send it back to them. And I am not able to pick it up since it is already in “return to sender” status. I have filled out multiple forms on the website listing the exact tracking number showing I never received the package and I haven’t received ONE response. There is literally NO customer service phone number or email address available on the website. I am so baffled and frustrated with this whole situation. I was quite surprised to find responses on some of the reviews, yet, I can’t get so much as a response to multiple attempts to contact someone via the website?? I have never experienced worse customer service, or lack there of in my life. I would not recommend ordering from this website to anyone.

Expired products

I ordered a PCA toner, among other items, and when the order arrived, the toner was expired by over a year.The date was printed clearly on both the box and bottle of the product. There is no customer service number to contact Skinstore, so you are forced to go through their messaging system online. They requested that I send them a photo, which I did, and they offered to replace or refund the product. I asked for a replacement and was again sent yet another expired toner. They asked again for another photo, which I again sent a photo of both expired toners together. They replied stating they were sorry I was having trouble uploading images? Finally after messaging again and posting a comment on their Instagram post, which they deleted, they offered again replacement or refund. I chose a refund since clearly their quality control cannot be trusted to not ship out multiple expired products. Not to mention if you order products that do not contain expiration dates. Stay away. It’s been a giant hassle, and now I am waiting for a refund and had to order the product elsewhere.

I purchased a T3 shower head from them. I had to return it because it did not fit my shower head.I returned it using the return label their company sent me. It has been a month and they still refuse to refund me my money as they said their warehouse never received it. I provided them with a copy of the receipt from the post office proving it was sent back to them. I followed up with them three times and they are refusing to issue a refund. Do not purchase anything from this company if you think you may need to get a refund. I am now out over 100 dollars. Poor customer service and I would never use them again.

I have only had good experiences shopping with skinstore. They send the order fast The prices are good as well.I love the mysterybags they offer when you shop for a certain amount. I love trying new brands I have never even heard of before ?Theres only one thing I miss and that is that they should write on the productpages if there are restrictions of sending some of the products to certain countries. It can be a little frustrating not being notified until you are about to pay. But all in all, really good online store ?

I am responding to the response of my review. Skinstore received my return almost a month ago.I’ve contacted them about 25 times and I get the same response you see on this site “a member of our team is assisting you”. It is FAKE and they DO NOT REFUND. They STEAL MONEY and that’s why they don’t have a phone number to contact. It is a FRAUDULENT COMPANY. Every couple of days I get the same reply “we are sorry and we are looking into it”. What’s to look into? I paid for a product I didn’t need, paid 15 dollars to ship it back. They asked me to set up a PayPal account to get a refund. Then, they said they would process it. After that, nothing. Then they stated they had to contact their fraud department to make sure I could be refunded. WHAT????? That makes no sense. Then, I was told on two occasions “you will have your money by the end of the day.” After that, “it will be 3-5 business days.” AFTER THAT, “you will have a refund in 7–10 days.” And on and on. I am so upset that a company can still get away with stealing money in 2021. They should be shut down it’s disgusting. It’s not even the money it’s the principle.

No product delivery and still no refund

I ordered my first ever skinstore order with no issues and was delivered, albeit later than I had hoped,but all fine. Then placed another order to the very same address and paid $20 for speedy delivery as I only had limited time of my friend being at that address to bring it to me, and to date the delivery has not been made and no one can tell me where it is. I’ve asked for a refund multiple times and continue to get the runaround with the “assistance crew” It’s absolutely absurd Ordered 03/27 Dispatched 03/28 And yet still no sign and no answers 17 days later
