Cheap and fast deliveries

I live in Athens and have used Skroutz many times during the lock-down. Everything I bought was of good quality,included some expensive items, like my new mobile phone. The deliveries are normally fast, like 3 or 4 days, but some shops deliver only after 2 or 3 weeks. I have never had any issue with them, so I was surprised when I read other reviews here. But maybe the problems are only when you have to get in touch with Customer support, that I haven't used yet.

Dreadful customer support. They opt to accuse the shipping company and just "wash their hands off" of any responsibility.Their responses to comments is like a "have to respond and check it off the list" thing. And their attitude is simply reactive and do not make any effort whatsoever to be proactive to resolve issues that arise. Simply disgusting and inexistent customer service culture. UPDATE 09Apr2021: I left a review on Skroutz.gr for the whole experience (product purchased and delivery) and guess what!!! They actually axed the part i was referring to the shipping of the item! DISGRACEFUL!

Terrible customer support! After receiving a different item than the one I ordered,I emailed skroutz.gr but I got no reply and it is also impossible to reach them by phone. The store that sells online items fulfilled by skroutz advised me to keep the wrong item!! Also they choose not to post negative reviews, only positive. Shame

Still bad costumer support after so many years on the market. Obviously the company lucks of Costumer support culture.I am pretty sure a random person is managing the department. Good luck to the ones that got delivered a defective item. There is no way u can find a quick solution. Never ask for 'replace' on defective item. It could take a month even if the shop is in the same city.
