Terrible experience!!! I'd never buy any of their products again due to two main reasons 1.It seems products don't last more than a year without breaking. I bought a bottom tonner and the control broke before 10 months. The official retailer sent a new one and that one didn't work at all.For the price I paid I was definitely expecting more 2. Customer service is terrible, I sent a message in February in regards my concerns and I never received an answer about it. I received a message saying they were too busy with brexit but that they'll give me an answer. Now 2 months later they want my opinion about how is their customer service!!??? I won't recommend Slendertone to anyone never again.

I am very disappointed with the evolve abs. First of all I was waiting for two months for delivery.They told me it was a mix up with the courier company. I've been using the product for three weeks on level 3. You are supposed to do 10 sessions on level 3 and then move on to level 4. But level 4 is locked and I can't move on to it. I've been in contact with Slendertone but didn't find them very helpful. The booklet that came with the product has very little information except to describe the different programmes. Their site is not helpful either and does not answer my question. I had to move on to level 7 which is a 45 minute workout and is quiet advanced, because 4 and 5 are locked. Despite this, I can't see any difference in my waistline. I am an active person and I walk and do other forms of exercise as well but I don't feel that the abs belt is doing what it promised and I don't expect that it will do anything for me in the future either. Very disappointed!

Just started using the slendertone abs connect Pairs perfectly with my iphone 7plus,The app is brilliant, I had the older version , similar to the abs 5, some years ago , The abs connect is a vast improved product, If you're not already exercising or doing other things to improve your body, the slendertone won't work miracles, You'll just be wobbling fat with little effect, Try to combine it with a other exercise, Got a discount code and delivery was 2 days with DPD, A hit and miss courier but on this occasion , perfect, I don't think I'll need to buy new pads, I'll just get conductive gel online,

I had a problem with the controller of my Abs 8 and contacted Slendertone. Even though I had bought it from Amazon they told me to return it and provide them with the tracking number.I called them with this and within 48 hours my replacement arrived. I have seen all the bad reviews but my experience could not have been more impressive.

purchased the Abs5 from the official Slendertone site and I must say that I am highly disappointed.Firstly I purchased from what I thought was an Irish company based in Galway when in fact my product came from the UK. The product itself is very poorly constructed and packaged in rather cheap looking packaging. On the website the company states this belt will fit between 24 to 46 inches yet it only measures 41 inches when stretched. I paid €99.99 for this product and have to say it's a complete con. I would not recommend anyone purchasing from this company. Absolutely disgraceful.

I had the option to buy via Amazon or direct and boy did I make the wrong choice. I bought direct and order was acknowledged same day and payment taken the following day.delivery was promised as 1 - 3 working days via reputable national company DPD. 1. Emailed customer support after 7 days, no reply 2. Called after 9 days - calls were being answered an then immediately disconnected - tried 5 times. 3. Called after 11 days - told there was a problem and that it would be escalated to the warehouse and i would receive an update - no update 4. Called again after 13 days and was told there was a problem with DPD and that they would re-ship the order. Very frustrated lady on the call for Slendertone who was unapologetic.
