No stars!!! Partner ordered something worth $230!!! And this company tried to claim that they had beensent it when they haven’t and then sent a fake tracking order number once he asked where his package was!! He was sent no tracking prior! No response on him asking for a refund! What a horrible company! How can people even have a website that can scam people!read more

Not bad experience, i bought a snowsuit, and exchanged for different size in easy way,actually its my mistakes that not following the online size chart, but i returned it to their US address, and get the right size in 5 days only after they confirm my return.read more

Shipping took 15days which is pretty good for getting packages to New Zealand. Had a minor panic after reading other reviews on this site and I hadn't received an email yet.(Forgot to check spam)

STOP! Do not buy from Snowverb!!! The company holds the customer responsible for return costs BUT neglects to say returns are to be shipped back to China until you need to return.I would've never made my purchase if this was flagged in their return policy to begin with. The shipping label to China cost MORE than the item I bought. Sadly, stuck with a horrible snow suit that does not fit.read more
