They blame Covid 19 for all their problems. Ordered April 7, 2020 and my items are lost in transit and they ask me to be patient.Avoid at all costs. All the items are shipping from China according to them. So they knew when they sold it that people would not be getting their items.

Literally the WORST customer service and company I have ever dealt with. I ordered as a Valentines present,as assured it would ship in time. When I followed up the next day I was told it wouldn't ship for at least 2 weeks so I cancelled the subscription. They charged me over $300, didnt send anything and still haven't received a credit for the charge. I have emailed (still have yet to get a response) and spoken with their "support team" and get the same answer every time, it is in the "tier two" for approval you'll get it in a week.... well it is has been over a month and I haven't received anything. This company puts an extremely bad light on veterans, they are scammers and shouldn't have a company. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM - THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF.
