Very low quality service, time consuming and no value. I purchased a bronze service,and took time to create a competition brief. The responses I got bore no resemblance to the brief and had no explanation, and I got nearly 1000 all low quality entries. I wanted quality not quantity, but the agency grade work promised by the proposition did not match the service I received, seemingly submitted by any person with access online from every country. My complaints at a lack of quality and service, and request for a refund have been ignored, and I am now receiving emails from Squadhelp asking if I have registered domain names associated with the random names submitted by entrants in the competition, for which a fee is due. This claim is wrong - none of the names submitted were useful, but also obviously this policy is open massively to fraud. This service is a good concept, but the execution of it by Squadhelp is awful. I would not recommend to use this to anyone.

Horrible Experience. I purchased their Gold plan worth $449. Getting very poor suggestions,not even single name suggested is good one.
I requested them to refund my money, right after 1 hour of purchasing the plan.
Billing team took 5 days to reply back, they don't want to refund the money obviously. Very bad and pathetic experience with them.

I joined Squadhelp as a Creative who provides names and taglines.
The reason I joined was that there are many people talking about Squadhelp in what I suspected was a misleading,or exaggerated way, telling people that you can make money easily just by typing names.
One person claimed that you can make up to $1500 in a day by just typing names.
They also said it's free to sign up, yet when I tried to sign up, I discovered that I had to pay a one-time fee of $10.
Although it is possible to make money on Squadhelp as a Creative, you must know that it's not as easy as some people make it sound.
I submitted a good number of names and taglines and I didn't win any contest.
As a brand Squadhelp is a legit place to find names, logos, taglines, and domain names for your business.
But as a Creative, you must know that it will take a lot of effort to win contests on Squadhelp because they already have many talented and creative members, who have been on Squadhelp for a long time.
I think, maybe if you are a web developer and a logo designer, then you do stand a better chance of making money on Squadhelp.
As a Creative, however, you will have to be super creative and super talented in coming up with names and taglines, remember you cannot use name generators, it has to be your original idea.
That's my opinion of Squadhelp from a Creative's perspective.
