Like many others, I had ordered Nier Replicant from these morons. I only ordered the regular game,but I also ordered three CD’s. For some absolutely AMAZING reason that I will never know, they decided to separate the order into TWO boxes. Ok, fine. Whatever. They reached every checkpoint together with DHL, then at the last minute, the package with the CD’s f-ing vanished, and I have been fighting for a week trying to get them! DHL said that it magically got delayed by 24-48hrs, and it had been five days since that. So I went to THEIR site since the USPS had never gotten it. Then DHL says I need to now wait 11 days. WHAT?! So eight days have passed, and I found a back door way to inquire to DHL (USPS more or less shrugged and said it wasn’t their issue because they never got it to begin with), then it MAGICALLY gets delivered last night.
Or so it says.
I check my mail this morning, and big shock—I DON’T HAVE JACK.
Now while my problem is three fold, the original issue was that freaking Square SEPARATED THE ORDER. I’ve gotten more emails from the damned post office over this past weekend than Square can apparently bother to do. They have NOOOOOOOO customer support, and all links on their site lead you in circles. I still have no idea how I originally got to the point of being able to try and reach out to them in the first place. If I don’t hear from them by the end of the week, I guess they’ll hear from a lawyer =\. At least give me my damn money back.

I pre-ordered the Nier Replicant Collector Edition and the Nier Soundtrack. My collector edition hasn’t arrived yet because they sold it to someone else and now they don’t respond to emails.The first was that I would get it in a couple of days but after that they never responded again, and that collector edition was not cheap. For the soundtrack I had to get a preorder bonus that was not sent and also did not respond to emails. I was a big fan of Square Enix and I loved their games. Now I hate them (otherwise I don't hate anyone) and they won't get a cent more from me. People don’t buy from them, they are scam

Shockingly poor service. Pre-ordered and paid £150 for Nier Replicant White Snow edition last September.Contacted customer service to enquire about it the day before release as it hadn't been dispatched. Had an email from SE to say it's been delayed HALF WAY THROUGH DAY OF RELEASE. Now coming up to a week late, finally get a response from customer service with stock cut and paste reply that does nothing to answer my question and gives me details unrelated to my order. Absolutely terrible, TERRIBLE customer service - and I've spent hours on the phone to Currys so I should know terrible service when I see it.
On top of this, my brother ordered me a Final Fantasy VII puzzle for Christmas that was delayed for 4 whole months. THERE'S NOT A WORLD WIDE SHORTAGE OF CARDBOARD TO MAKE THE DAMN THING.

My pre-order was never shipped. No help from customer service

I pre-ordered the Nier Replicant white snow edition on day one and they charged the full amount over a month ago.However now we're 4 days after release day and my pre-order still have not shipped out. I reached out to customer service and it took them 4 fays to respond with a generic response, completely ignoring the fact that my order was never even shipped out. This was the generic response I got (clearly copied and pasted)

To find your Steam key, please put the disc into your disc tray, run the program and then enter the code on the leaflet in the box to get the steam code for the game.

Collectors edition turned up smashed, no help received.

Ordered a $200 collectors edition of NieR, its turns up on time but totally smashed and damaged because there was 0 packaging; no bubblewrap,no air packets, NOTHING. Contact support immediately; after waiting 5 days, I get a generic ‘check the pre-shipment FAQ’ response. Don’t know how they arrived at that as I had to selected ‘Damaged product’ from a subset when submitting my ticket, so they clearly don’t read any tickets. Disgusting. Terrible customer service, terrible shipping, terrible company. Will not be trusting SQUEX again, despite being a loyal customer for so many years, this is the final straw of a long string of bad experiences with them.
