Maybe like me, some of you are scouring every corner and crevice of the internet searching for a PS5 or XSS/XSX,and have now come across StockX. I've never used (or even heard of) StockX until a couple weeks ago. An XSX came up at a decent price, and after some research into StockX, I took a chance. Fortunately, it turned out well for me. They authenticated my purchase and I got my Series X. If this experience is representative of StockX, then I'd recommend them and will consider them in the future.
My rating is built as follows: 1 Star for Authenticity, 1 Star for meeting expected quality, 1 star for meeting expected quantity and no missing components, 1 star for arriving within promised date range. For a total of 4 stars.
The last star is reserved for excellence. Half a star is rewarded if I received the order within the first 2 days of expected delivery or earlier. It wasn't. However, the other half star I reserve for excellent service. When I received the product and opened the actual Series X box, StockX paperwork was inside proving that they actually opened and looked at the console itself to verify its authenticity. While this may be SOP for StockX, it was more than I was expecting. So, half a star for great service.
4.5 Stars for this order. Well done.
[Important notes: 1) Monitor the status of your order regularly through the StockX website itself. My emailed order status update was delayed and I wasn't aware the product had already been shipped to me until the night before it delivered. 2) StockX didn't require a signature from me for delivery, so make sure someone is home to bring your product inside for safety.]

Sold me a pair of scuffed yeezy 700 v3 kyanite. Paid over retail so I expected their “legit check” wouldn’t let through a shoe with a very noticeable scuff,reached out to customer service only to be told that I won’t be getting a refund and that I can resell them on their trash site so I can lose loads of money for something that was their fault not mine. Will be doing a chargeback and I really don’t care if they choose to delete my account because of it because I know I won’t be buying from them again anyway.

Ok so this was my first time buying from StockX and I was super skeptical ... here’s my review...I got the sneakers within 3 days of the bid accept ...when I got the shoes immediately I started inspecting every nook and cranny of the sneaker ... me and my wife sat their for 30 mins googling and inspecting the first thing I noticed was glue and little things that at first appeared defects to me so I started check sku numbers, material, stitching, etc... if these are fake they did such a good job I couldn’t verify that they were fake at all and I tried my hardest lol... part of me wanted them to be fake just so I could say “see StockX you lying mfs I knew it!!!” But no I can’t say that because even my other nikes have a small glue run and I buy them off the Nike website... even my jordans do so honestly you win StockX ... you sold me authenticate stuff and I’m shocked to say the least cause I was like ? percent sure it was going to be fake...
