We love the high chair, we bought the stokke clikk as we wanted a chair that looked like a piece of furniture rather than a large clumsy plastic chair.It’s easy to wipe clean and take apart. The only problem was we are missing one of plastic feet covers on one of the legs.read more

HORRIBLE Customer Service - I bought their very pricey crib Sleepi (on four wheels) and a wheel fell off.It’s within warranty but need the Customer Service to send the spare Part. EVERY CALL IS 55 Minutes WAITING time WITH NO ANSWER!!!!!!! It seems they are IGNORING the calls of the customers ON PURPOSE! Given their prices it’s not only disrespectful - it’s SHAMEFUL! I have a range of their products (chairs, etc.) but if you may need assistance AVOID them! Still waiting for a reply and scrambling to find a solution for my 1,2 year old toddler! @Stokke Your reply is not helpful as you do NOT answer the emails on time. If you were as 1/4 as efficient to deal with the customers requests for help (on the phone OR per email) as you are zealous to restore your public image - you’d have better reviews and better public image that comes with it!read more

I bought a tripp trapp chair from their website on 30 December. But after taking my order (and money)I heard nothing for a few weeks. I had to contact them to find out they couldn't deliver due to confusion around brexit. This is totally understandable but i shouldnt have had to contact them. My refund arrived back in my account on 15 Feb a month after i contacted them.
I then bought a chair from a uk shop but it had a broken part so i couldn't use the footrest. Rather than just replace the whole thing i was told i needed to wait for the replacement bar and footstool. I have now been waiting for since 29 Jan for these parts. The supplier just emails stokke every time i contact them but they keep saying they have ordered the part and it will be delivered 'soon'. I have had no proactive contact at any point. These are expensive products and i would expect the customer services to reflect that but it just doesn't. I would not recommend the product as a result. It is not worth the hassle.read more

Worse customer service ever. I never received the blanket I brought. I wait for almost two months.I contacted customer service and they told me it would’ve send in a week, after wait for 12 days I asked if the order was already send and the answer was “not yet”. I’m currently waiting for the refund.
The excuse was they have some issues with brexit situation, but I brought many stuff from other Scandinavian brands (liewood, livly, polarn o piret..) and not problems at all. Avoid this company.read more
