Have contacted you numerous times, you lied and stated it was at my postal office.Contacted postal service today after 45 days after ordered with no delivery. Michelle stated it never arrived at U.S postal service, yet you told me it was in Lewistown last Fri. All I've got from your customer support has been lie after lie. If I could post pictures on here I would post the past 8 emails and the messages from last Friday from costumer support to show how much you have lied. Order case April 11th and it is not even in the U.S yet. Called credit card company today to file fraudulent charges and to be reimbursed. This is the worst company ever buyer beware. P.S. Absolutly disgusting. Ordered a personalised mobile phone cover for my daughter. I paid the extortionate express delivery cost of £16 for 3-4 working day delivery.Its now been 7 days and it is still in China. Contacted customer service sho said. "Due to the item you have ordered is customized, so it will take some time before your package is ready.
Sorry for the waiting. " the thing is the website is for customisable products. Miss sold delivery. Avoid at all cost.read more
