Here's what we stand for: -Governments that answer to citizens – not corporations -Fair treatment of workers and the right of every human being to make a living, safely and ethically, for themselves and their family; -The right of ordinary consumers to products that are produced and marketed ethically, sustainably and transparently; -The right of communities to manage and protect their own environment and natural resources; -Business models that put people and the planet first instead of being driven by shortsighted greed. Today's reality is different. We've witnessed again and again what happens when powerful corporations get their way: -Environmental and health catastrophes; -A global financial crisis that destroys entire economies; -Rising food prices and starving children; -Families globally losing their houses and land; -Poisons pouring into our air and water. You name it, corporations are behind it. But rather than being held accountable – their CEOs are often walking away with bonuses. And these injustices are largely left to continue unabated. But the world doesn't have to be this way. We own the corporations that are causing all these problems. They rely on us to buy their products. They count on us to buy their stock. They need us to work for them. They need us to continue to elect governments that let them get away with murder. We are SumOfUs.org, and we're not going to take it anymore.

They got my first donation with a bee campaign but now they are waging a campaign against Craig & Peter- 2 honest & informed individuals who are fighting for human rights against this whole dodgy covid agenda. For that now I DO NOT TRUST SUMOFUS and realise they are corrupt. Do not sign their campaigns or give them money.

SumofUs has actually made major changes in how big businesses function (e.g., plucking angora rabbit fur from live rabbits).They often sponsor bottom-up movements on the behalf of indigenous peoples. I have found them trustworthy, accountable, and willing to respond to questions. It is one of the three such campaigns to which I regularly contributed.

One time donation, seems to be a membership. Made a 1,- euro donation via paypal. A week later they take another euro.At time of payment this wasn't clear.
To get unsubscribed take a lot of work. It smells a little scam like to be honest....

I started to follow some of the SumofUs petitions and causes. Some seemed really good,but one in particular put me off. The petition to get insurance companies to cancel coverage for a pipeline. They posted pictures that I believe are over 10 years old and said it happened last month. They choose terrible images to fool people I guess. Not impressed

They come up with the problesm that concern us all, show how big companies work and how the make the workd a wors place.Of course there are a lot of Problem all aver the world, but you can choose when and for what you want to spend a little bit of money and you will learn more every day. Good job!
