With a total of 84 aircrafts on average in 2019, we are proud of operating the largest fleet in our company's history. Serving over 90 destinations in 30 countries, we carry more than ten million passengers every year. These numbers prove how we are cruising towards growth. Without any doubt, we owe our success to our valuable passengers who prefer to fly with us and also our workforce of more than 4,200 employees who dedicate themselves to serve our customers with the highest quality and who are experts in their field. Together, we are the SunExpress family and do our very best to ensure we will remain high-flyers for another thirty years and offer high quality services to our guests. Our headquarters is located in sunny Antalya, which is known as the touristic capital of Turkey. Another key hub is Izmir on Turkey's Aegean coast. Frankfurt International Airport hosts the main base of our subsidiary SunExpress Deutschland. The company is located in Gateway Gardens.

I made a reservation for a return trip i januar 2020 for a trip in Easter 2020. Unfortunately it wascancelled because of the Covid situation and I was offered to postpone the trip for up to one whole year. Again this year, I could not travel because of Covid and asked for a refund. I have received a full refund of the amount in 10 days. Can only recommend them.

Terrible customer service. Cancels flights and only give new flight option 5 days before original travel time´..And do not refund the return flight which has become useless due to them canceling the original flight. Useless..... And they do not refund anything,.....Despite they have decided to cancel a flight... DON`T EVER USE THEM!!! If I could give negative stars they would get -100

I bought a ticket to fly from Izmir to Kayseri in April 2020,of course because of the covid 19 I could not use it, I will return to Turkey in September 2021, they tell me that I can use my voucher until June 30, 2020. All airlines recognize For two years these vouchers, I really feel ripped off

Still waiting for my refund of my cancelt flight back in march. Called them over 5 times during the last months.In august they told me my payment was underway, in september they told me it should be on my bankaccount within two weeks and today they are telling me I will have to wait another 7 working days. They are continuously lying to their customers.

Was due to fly to turkey in may with sunexpress and find out today they are not giving refunds forcancelled flights.
This is absolutely disgusting as thre was no way of travel due to lock down.
They have stole our money and won’t give it back.
We booked through love holidays and they have said their is nothing they can do.
Don’t ever use these or love holidays as they have no morals what so ever.
I would of gave no stars if I could.
You can see by other reviews what a crap airline this is ??

I have never ever experienced such a bad airline in my entire life. On the way from Munich to Dalaman they had a delay of 5 hours,and gave us no information whatsoever. Once on board they did not manage to close the door of the airplane properly, attempting 3 times. The ground staff in Germany were laughing so much. On the way flight back they rejected us to board the plane, and our only fault was that we have followed their instructions on their website. Attempt to talk to them all failed. this experienced was so bad for us as a family I can't describe it.
