World-class product, World-class People and World-class service!!!
In starting up a business I hadmany choices to choose from for our ERP and could have easily gone with a competitor that I have had many years experience with. We chose Systum because from the moment we requested a demo/ quote the Systum team partnered with us and echoed the hopes and aspirations of our new company. They truly care about their impact on the success of private enterprises and are always on top of making their product better and more efficient for their customers.
I HIGHLY suggest them as the business partner that directly improves the success of your company wither it is a well established multi-person company looking to migrate to very robust ERP platform or a small one to two person small business starting out.

It has been a great experience working with the Systum team. They worked hard with us from the beginningto get us set up and running in a short time as our current system was being shut down and we needed something quickly. They worked along side up and listened to all our needs and concerns and gave us a product that serves us well. They are quick to respond to any udates we would like to see emplemented and to work with us through any problems we might be having. It has been great watching them grown and their product take on many improvements to make Systum and great and user friendly product.

Don't work with this company, they will belittle you and waste your time.
To anyone considering working with them be aware Systum has no respect for their potential customers times,after wasting nearly an hour with them on a call we came to find out there was no demo of their software. We explained that it is misleading to offer a demo and instead begin an unprompted & unwelcome questionnaire which does not end in a demo, their rep told us we are not a good fit for their company.
We were then contacted several times by Systum and they wanted us to spend another two hours with them on another call doing a demo. We came to find our that on our "discovery call" no notes were taken and we had to provide the same information all over again.
The demo was not impressive with their clunky software, the demo organizer struggled in updating the price of an item for instance.
After the demo we never received a proposal from them, just a phone call demanding us to agree to work with them prior to receiving a proposal. We asked for the proposal as we cannot do business on the air without an agreement in front of us.
When we inquired about the proposal status weeks later we were met with toxic behavior by one of their reps who was incredibly rude to us for asking the status of our proposal which at this point was months behind and refused to get his manager on the line after hanging up on us.
Checking their glassdoor one of review says the following and I'm not surprised: "Toxic culture. Constant racist and sexist humor in the workplace."
Stay far away from this company.

Working with JP and Press was a great experience. I believe they truly care about customer input and needs.They did a great job taking all of our feedback into consideration and pushing high priorities to the top.
There are still many features that I would like to see implemented such as more advanced reporting features and the ability to create new roles with specific rules of our choosing.
The best thing about Systum is the customer care and knowing that they are constantly growing, I look forward to seeing all of the new capabilities Systum will put into place over time.
