I have been on hold, calling internationally, to speak with someone for over 30 minutes.I was immediately put into a queue and am just waiting for a response. TD - you clearly care nothing about customer experience. Why do you charge fees when you act like a discount bank? I just hung up because I know your call wait times are simply a number to you and mean nothing.

Waited on hold for 2.5 hours as what I needed was not available on the website and I need this info for an appointment.At the end of 2.5 hours I was told to call back later and HUNG UP ON!!! WOW. Terrible phone customer (non)service! AND I didn't get what I needed, clearly.

Had to phone telephone banking today because my transaction is not possible online and requires an appointment in person.The recording said my wait was 2 minutes. It has been over one hour so far. If you want access to your money, do not bank here.

Taking too long to transfer fund

I tried to transfer money from line of credit account to stock account, and it took 48hours already.Then I tried to convert the cad to usd inside the same stock account, another 48hours past and the fund is still not available.

-Damaged credit rating. I cancelled a TD credit card but TD did not properly close the account and did not notify me.Took six months to resolve and I was required to pay the remaining balance with interest and my credit rating was degraded. -Difficult to get approved for premium credit cards where other banks it's easy and better welcome offers -Unprofessional customer service.

Poor TD Visa service

After waiting 6 months finally got a promised refund from a major airline due to cancelled trip.Unfortunately my waiting isn't over. TD Visa really let me down. The TD credit card used to book the trip has been closed and TD promised to put the refund in my bank account. It's over a week and still no refund. I spoke to 4 different TD Visa reps and was given 3 different dates when refund would be processed. Every committment was not met. Very disappointed and we will be taking our business elsewhere. Poor service.

What happened to "your favorite bank", the one with "legendary customer service", "Canada's most convenient bank"? Ever tried to contact them?You can only phone them. Wait times are endless.... Once you finally get a person, they will want to get rid of you as soon as possible.....rudely.....will transfer you to someone else... which means another endless wait. Or you just get disconnected. It is scandalous - disgusting - unacceptable. The bank manager in my neighbourhood branch tells me that it is because of Covid..... But Covid has been around for more than 6 months, so TD has had more than enough time to work out these "glitches" due to staff working from home. Time to find another bank!
