Terrible didn’t deliver to my parents for their 50th wedding anniversary and didn’t follow up with an Email to say so...instead they took full payment from my card 2 days after the scheduled delivery date knowing they hadn’t delivered, I gave my number for them to call on the day which they didn’t do either. Disgusting service especially as these flowers would have meant so much with me not being able to fly over and see my parents for the last 18months. Teleflora-Malta you should be ashamed

ZERO STARS! Failed to deliver my flower delivery twice! I have never had such a horrible experience with this company.This is the second time my flowers were not delivered when they were supposed to. They are for my uncle's funeral and we're not delivered today. The florist lied! to the company and stated that nobody was there to accept the flowers. The thing is I am friends with the owner of the funeral home and she was there from noon until 5 today. I am demanding a refund. This is absolutely the most horrible flower delivery service I have ever dealt with. Shame on me for giving them a second chance. If anyone's looking for flowers I would check out farmgirl flowers because they never disappoint and their flowers are always beautiful. It's a shame that such a big company does not hold florist accountable!

Not what I expected

I ordered an expensive bouquet for my sister-in-laws birthday which was a couple of days after mothers day. When my husband called her on her birthday she did not mention the flowers.I had received no notice nor any delivery confirmation. When I contacted Teleflora they said that they called the florist and he confirmed delivery. I sent and email to my sister in law saying that I hoped she enjoyed the flowers. She did not reply. I contacted her again and asked if she received the expensive bouquet that I sent. She said that she never heard from them and did not receive anything. She also mentioned that she had had problems with Teleflora before. Once again I contacted Teleflora and she said that the florist would deliver a bouquet the following day and that they would take off 20% of the charge and a coupon for future use. I said "there will be no future use" I am not satisfied and wonder if my sister in law will be truthful about the bouquet that she receives(if it gets there) What a hassle. Never again.

I ordered two bouquets for Mother's Day. I received an email on the day of delivery and it stated they were too busy to deliver and I would need to select another day the next week.When my mom finally gets her flowers, they looked nothing like the picture! It was in an ugly clear vase and half the size. Why did I spend $99 plus all of the fees? Never again! I will select a local florist!

Ordered flowers for my wife’s birthday to be delivered on her birthday, got a text saying they couldn’t deliver that day because it was a Saturday,they called and I rescheduled for the day before. Well it’s after 8PM and nothing has shown up, I call them and they tell me that they aren’t able to do it. I got to work a sixteen hour shift tomorrow and I got no time to make other plans. THANKS FOR NOTHING. First time ordering and the last time.

Flowers never delivered

I placed an order for flowers to be delivered on Thursday, May 6th to avoid the mother's day rush.They did not arrive. I was told on Friday they would be delivered, they were not. I was told on Saturday they would be delivered, they were not. They did not show up on Sunday. Each time I was told that they would contact the florist during regular business hours and get it taken care of. On Monday May 10th I contacted them and told them I expected a refund and for the flowers to be delievered. They responded that they would be delivered that day. They weren't. I had to reach out to them again on May 12th for a full refund. Now finally on May 14th I get an email that my order has been canceled and I will get a refund. My elderly and very ill mother whom I am not allowed to visit at this time never received her flowers for Mother's Day. I expected them to provide a refund as well as deliver the flowers due to the fact that the order was placed over a month ago, and after over a week of waiting nothing was done. I will never use this site again.
