Terrible customer service and god hep you if you need a repair. I cannot get to speak to a human being at Tesla or their service center about my car.Bought a model S 5 months ago and last week I discovered a loud clicking sound coming from my wheel. Called to speak to someone but got redirected to their app. Tried scheduling a service through their app and got an appointment two weeks away. I don’t even know if my car is safe to drive. This is not the first bad experience with Tesla. Had a software issue earlier which they resolve on the phone but was told that my problem is related to the autopilot which is in beta so they don’t support it. I was promised an email resolution which never happened.

Shockingly bad technical and customer service received from Tesla Dartford (notwithstanding a friendly staff) Sent my car for an MCU+Tuner upgrade,intermittent GPS and internet connectivity failure. This took them more than 4 working days and cost me £2450 :'( I had also asked for Noise, Vibration and Harshness (NVH) assessment done which would have cost me additionally. Enquired at the time of leaving the car with them if anything inside (car seats, stuff etc) needs to be removed, was told it wasn't necessary. However, on getting back the car was informed NVH wasn't done because there was stuff inside the car, doh! Brought the car home, the internet issue was fixed but GPS never worked at all. It's been 3 weeks since and it still shows the car location at the service centre :( The Sentry mode was supposed to start recording videos as a result of the MCU upgrade, but never worked. Displays 'saving video' message but when checking out the videos shows no videos found, what a dud! I wasn't offered a courtesy car even though my car is under extended warranty (£3.4K from Tesla). Apparently only the original warranty covers courtesy car, nice! On top of that, each time I talk to the service guys I have to remind them that the car is under extended warranty as their system has no clue about it despite purchasing the Helvetica warranty through the Tesla site!!   Now I have to take the car back in for them to fix the GPS and Sentry Dashcam issue which happened as a result of them doing a half-arsed job in the first place and lo and behold I wouldn't get a courtesy car. Why? Because according to Tesla I don't even have a warranty, forget about paying £3.4K for the extended warranty through the Tesla site. It's all the customers' fault- we purchased their cars without reading their service reviews on here!!! By a disgruntled Tesla Model X owner (028128)

Awful, just awful, a premium product should have premium service. If I had realised how bad the servicewas I would never have bought the car. Update on this...Having at last spoken face to face with a technician at Bristol Tesla they have redeemed themselves. its a shame you cannot easily contact customer service and when you do "nil" points Face to face is a different story.

Horrible Customer Service... In April of 2020 I ordered 2 Powerwalls to be installed in my home.I paid the deposit and filled out all forms, sent them copies of my electric bill, and many pictures of my existing electrical boxes, etc. Within a day I completed all tasks requested of me. It has now been 13 months since my order and I have no date of completion. They have not submitted their paperwork to my utility to get permits. I never hear from Tesla. I only can get "updates" if I write emails or make a phone call to customer service. No one can say why it has been so long. They just apologize and ask for my "patience and understanding." I called Monday and Jacob told me he would be in touch by end of day with a timeline after he had a chance to talk with his supervisor. No word....I followed up with an email 2 days ago, Wednesday. No word.... I sent a Facebook message yesterday from the Tesla site. No word.... Come on Tesla! Can't you do better than this? Below was my email/Facebook message to Tesla: Powerwall order EN30906xx...Hi Jacob (and Alessandra), When we talked 4 days ago you were going to get me an estimate of when I would get my Powerwalls, hopefully by the end of the day. You asked for my understanding and patience. At this time I have neither for Tesla. Tesla entered into an agreement with me 13 months ago to install 2 powerwalls. I know for a fact that local authorized dealer/installers of Powerwalls in my area have been installing them in a matter of months. Is Tesla not able to keep their agreement with me which is well documented on your website? Does Tesla still have some corporate ethics and integrity? I simply want to know when Tesla will get to my order. That is not asking too much of any corporation that is selling goods and services to the public. I am asking that you, personally, take responsibility to get me an answer...please. Thanx, Don
