I had an issue when generating a mailing. Lewis firstly supplied documentation on a solution as the issue was a known problem.However, I was still unable to rectify the situation. Clifford dealt with my query in good time, kept in touch with me and worked through the problems with me.I felt more confident in payroll than I had previously. Logged an issue in January. Heard nothing. Escalated the case in February, nothing.Escalated as a critical case in March, instant reply. It took until May to sort the problem out (scripts). Now have another issue (found the issue already mentioned in support) so why don't you do updates when issues found. What am I paying for.
