The coal shop sorted my issue out. Thank you.
I had a call 6 days ago to say my coal would be delivered yesterday morning.Due to a vehicle breakdown it wasn't delivered but I was told the delivery would be today between 9 and 12. At 12.15pm I rang, the driver was still 2 deliveries away so I dashed out to keep an appointment. It's now 3.20pm and still no coal. Haven't a clue what the fuel will be like.

At 4.45pm I rang to find out where my fuel was. It's now being delivered tomorrow morning by 10am. Hopefully it's going to arrive before next winter!read more

First time I have used the coal shop. Delighted with the service, just one day after initial delivery date.The product has been absolutely fine. The coal ovel size is a little small than my previous provider, this is not a problem, but the result is that it flows out of my coal bunker much faster, a good thing as long as I’m quick with the little door. Definitely recommend them from my experience.read more
