Low quality junk... save your money

I ordered two non custom items and one custom item from this vendor. The non custom items are extremely low quality,cheap, and costume jewelry like. One of the non custom items i received was in sterling silver instead of the gold vermeil I requested, so I reached out to the vendor several times to fix it and they have completely ignored me. No return policy, so I guess i'm stuck with the silver. Regarding the custom order (which according to the vendor takes about 21 days to make - I reached out to m jewelers on day 7), I requested it be canceled due to the lack of communication from the 1st order. Instantaneously, I received a confirm from this vendor that the custom item had been shipped. I doubt this was a coincidence and since the website is pretty firm about processing times on custom orders, I don't believe it was. However, the order has been delayed and has not moved from their "shipping facility" in days... Shocker. Please save your money and time. This vendor is very sketchy and the jewelry is low quality junk... you can get better fake jewelry from forever 21.
