I ordered a $1300.00 swing bed from this company. When I received the confirmation I realized that they had my mailing address listed as the shipping address which is not correct.I called the company and was informed via an automated message that they only take calls from new customers not existing customers and I would have to contact them via email. They bed had not yet been shipped so I requested that they cancel the order. The cancelled the order, but charged me a service charge of $300.00..
