I ordered Celine glasses...they came but didn't fit properly, so I went into my account, went under purchases,but it didn't show my sunglasses. I call customer service and they were very helpful, understanding and nice. They couldn't find it either. So they got back with me for more info on the glasses and I found my receipt and email the order number. They found the glasses under a email that I only use for recovery on my Mac. I don't use that account. All my purchases, co-signment are through the same email I always use. So I don't understand why TRR use that email. But all is resolved. thank you

The website said the shoes I ordered were a size 8. When I received my order, the shoes were a size 6.Unfortunately I had to return them. Good thing is that they did not make me pay for shipping and were willing to give me a full refund.
