Deserve a 0. AWFUL COMPANY.I wish I read these comments before ordering.
What they send is not like the pictures: poor cuts, different materials (only cheap fabric instead of cotton and linen), clothes look really cheap. Because their return policy states you must have shipped things back within 21 days of THEIR ship date,I went online and I found this HELP#⁷⁶⁰²⁸⁴ three one three one which isafter long chase I got my dollar back from this company I am really disappointed with clothing item Terrible product !!!!!!!!!!!

I bought the Christine Dress for £225.The instructions stated to not wash, dry and iron the item. I'm surprised it didn't say "do not wear" as well. What I found was that although the styles were very cute, the quality of clothing was questionable, and it was really a hit or miss where you could really only determine if the fabric would be scratchy and cheap after ordering. Because their return policy states you must have shipped things back within 21 days of THEIR ship date,I went online and I found this HELP which is#₇₆₀two8four thrēēone three one after long chase I got my dollar back from this company I am really disappointed with clothing item Terrible product !!!!!!!!!!!

Order arrived but never got confirmation email with order number. Very average quality,certainly doesn't justify high price. But stuck without order number! I've contacted the company but no response so far. Seems they want to make it difficult to return stuff. Should i contact my credit card company to chargeback the amount?

I really like Reformation dresses, and bought a cute floral one that totaled 300$. It turned out to be too small,so I tried to return it using their online portal for free returns. I generated a return slip, packed it up and sent it out. My refund never came in, so I contacted customer service. Turns out ‘it wasn’t in their system’ and they can’t help me? What the actual hell? They basically just stole 300$ from me. I don’t have the dress and now I also don’t have my money back. I would never buy from them again, I honestly don’t know what’s wrong with this company. I’ve never had a problem with returns like this before.

Return Policy is Awful
The strict return policy, paired with their inconsistent shipping,made it impossible for me to try on several dresses and then return the ones that didn't work for an event. So now I'm stuck with 4 dresses I am going to have to resell somewhere else. I don't understand why this is their policy, it is so terrible and confusing. I also would have gladly returned in store if their store hours weren't impossibly limited.

I bought two black tops and a mini dress. The quality of the fabric isn’t what you expect from the price,I’ve had better quality clothes second hand. The dress was made in China like most high street clothes so definitely doesn’t represent themselves as the best sustainable or ethical brand out there. They are definitely not the next sustainable option ‘after being naked’ like they advertise, there are far better sustainable and ethical brands out there for a similar price range and less.

One star is actually a lot to rate Reformation custom service. They do not assist you if you have problems with delivery.I have my shipment stucked at an unknown postal service office because of a wrong address register and Reformation just refuse to assist me in the process of redefining the address

Despite taking upmost care, the item shrunk. I'm very slim so it still fit but the dress is ridiculously short. Don't get me wrong, I love mini dresses but not when they barely cover your decency.
The quality of the item is shocking, you could probably find something better and longer-lasting off Shein. The dress tore the first time I tried it on.
It's a shame because the dress looked so pretty on the website. Reformation should really invest in better quality fabric that can actually last one wear!
