Ruined my Daughter's Birthday :(

I purchased a hoodie for my daughter's birthday from this site. Firstly, I was very surprised when the item arrived looking like an item purchased on eBay,being delivered in a plain grey plastic bag. No tags on the product as you would expect from official merchandise and the image transfer on the hoodie was very poor quality with lots of bits of transfer all over it. I gave it to her anyway as I knew she would love it. However, after just 2 washes (following wash instructions exactly) the image on the hoodie is completely unrecognisable from the original image. I wish there was a facility to upload photos to show how poor the quality of this item is. I have contacted the suppliers to seek a refund and will update this review based on how they deal with this issue. However, this will not resolve the fact that my Daughter's Birthday was ruined.

Still haven’t received a hoodie I ordered at the beginning of December to arrive in plenty of time for Xmas.Now mid January and have had no dispatched email, and having chased multiple times finally had a response saying stock ‘should arrive in the next 3-14 days and you will receive a dispatch email once the item has been shipped’. No explanation of what happened, why I was sold the item if it has been out of stock for so long, and terrible customer service.

placed and order on april 2nd a sweatshirt, a vinyl and a keychain, i haven't received any items or shipping updates,customer service has been unresponsive to my emails. This is extremely frustrating, just want my merch or my money back. be ready for awful customer service
