Had a computer message saying transaction for a set of tickets had not been successful.So purchased another set and received two sets for the same concert. Applied for refund , said answer could take up to 72 hrs . Nervously waited for reply due to the amount of money enclosed, within 18hrs full refund for a genuine problem. Pleased with the ethics and understanding of Ticketmaster and the fact they didn’t just go for greed as a company.

I get the tough times, but they are handling this very poorly. Avoiding dealing with refund issues related to covid,poor customer service and agents are very unhelpful. Perhaps one of the worst customer service experience I have had in years. DISAPPOINTED with the company.

This review relates to Ticketmaster Canada as Trustpilot does not allow reviews on the Canadian site if you live in the UK,as I do - this doesn't make sense??? Regardless, just be warned that the Canadian branch of Ticketmaster (where I bought 2 x tickets to a Ice Hockey game in Vancouver) is worse than useless. There is no facility to claim refunds, you can't talk to anybody and the text service box advises that there is 'at least' an hour to wait before 'an agent becomes free'. They are however 100% proficient at taking your money and providing precisley nothing in return. I will never book an event where they are involved in the ticket sales again, you should save yourself the hassle and avoid them altogether.

I bought 2 tickets for my granddaughter to see Jurrasic World but chose the wrong show (french instead of english).As soon as I realized my error I called (within 10 minutes of the purchase) to request it be cancelled so I could buy for the correct show. The customer service rep confirmed my order was cancelled and I was free to buy the new tickets. WRONG!!!! I did not get refunded and was told that a refund was not possible, I am absolutely floored!!! I went ahead and bought 2 more tickets, now I have 4 tickets and they have to open an investigation to hear the phone conversation I had with the rep to confirm I was told my original order was cancelled.... AVOID TICKETMASTER AT ALL COSTS!!!!

impossible to log-on. If by chance you happen to get on the website you will never be able to buy tickets because once you choose a ticket and go to pay,it will say that another fan has purchased your ticket. This is a horrible system - I am actually surprised that a real person is ever able to buy a ticket. The Bots rule and the then someone gets rich re-selling tickets.

Log on to purchase tickets to My Chemical Romance. I have an account up to date, with a credit card in syn.I went through the due process and was able to "shop" for a ticket. Clicked and it scrolled through the procedure. I got to payment and it did not offer "Canada or Mexico" as options, thus only a USA citizen could purchase. Did everything possible but as you know, the IT person designing the web site doesn't want you to go back, you lose your place. Now, that is really poor form. What is worse is the time to purchase closed, and the ticket went "poof". I called TM and wrote them. They appeared to know nothing of the event. It is clear TM didn't inform them. However on the TM Twitter site it allouded to the problem saying at 12:41 it was corrected. About 90 minutes to late. I will initiate a formal review with the Office of Consumer Affairs Canada as TM conduct is abysmal.
