We had tickets for the Heinecken Cup final 2020 and we ask Ticketmaster several times to refund the tickets and never receive a single reply or any reaction at all.All our request have been ignored for months now. We can not find a phone number or any other communication channel. It has been a very disappointing experience. During the last year I have returned multiple tickets, flights, hotel booking and never had an issues. With Ticketmaster fr it is a disaster.

I have send 3 Emails and never received an answer. I ordered tickets for Lady Gaga in Paris which is rescheduled for July 2021.I ordered the tickets last year in March and never received the tickets (order number: 206254805)

I have been asking for a refund of a cancelled show of Tiziano Ferro concert in Paris in December (order 187317178)since last July when I received TicketMaster's first email.
Opened many tickets to have more info, but never got a reply if not the automatic one.To date I haven't received any refund.
Very bad customer experience, I can understand being slow in refunding but at least notify the customers if that happens.

This about reference 159330870, Madame X Grand Rex Paris Feb, 25 2020.
The show was cancelled and I have sent all the papers to request a refund,as Ticket Master have informed us to do. Nothing happened. In November, I tried to contact them and they replied my email saying "We have received your refund request. It will be checked and processed by our teams in the coming days".
Here we are, in late January 2021 and still no refund. I feel like an idiot.

I have received a confirmation mail by Ticketmaster.fr on 6th of June 2020 that my tickets for Paul McCartney in Lyon will be refunded on my credit card. Until now NO REFUND has been done after almost 6 months !! My Order ID is

I requested a refund for my order of 2 tickets to see the 1975 in Paris: 189558127 which was cancelled but I haven't heard back or received any money.The event was supposed to take place on 8th October. It is now over a month since I sent a refund form and I haven't heard from anyone or received any money back. Terrible service. I don't know what to do to get my money back as there's no customer service to contact anyone.
