Ticketmaster The Netherlands canceled Ateez show due to covid and despite all my trials of getting my money back (almost 100,€),they didn’t refund it. They blame the organizer My Music Taste and after one year, no refund. I don’t trust Ticketmaster anymore, they are not truth to their customers. Be aware of this company!

Poor service and administration

Had to push trough 9 of 10 tickets for DTRH and filled in the form. Later on I asked for confirmation on my previous request and tha answer was that all tickets were pushed trough.They didn't read the message I send them and now things are irreversable they say. Poor administration and no quality of service Ticketmaster!

Hope I get my refund

Got am email that I can fill out a form to get canceled Thom Yorke concert refunded maximum a month after the show date,July 5th 2021. They have been holding on to my money since Oct 2019 and had the audacity to ask to keep it in voucher form for another year. Seems they should just refund immediately. Also the form has a tiny little box at the bottom with German text which if you don’t tick the form is erased and not sent. Super unclear and misleading. Have since heard from other friends who have been cheated by TM. All the positive reviews by the way are for CONCERTS, not for TM as a company. What a scam.

I payed to go to concert in June this year but it was cancelled due to COVID-19 and I never recievedan E-mail about getting my money back until about 4 days ago where they just sent me a voucher and told me it was too late. I sent them an email to ask for my money back, they denied and then stopped replying. they just took over 200 euros from me. theyve scammed and stolen from me and so many others.

Without offering me my money back due to Corona cancellation, they just sent me a voucher which expires in 2 years time.When asked about this they just said “oh we sent you an email about it and you took to long to reply”. I did NOT get any emails from them other than the voucher, this is pure theft.

Covid used as excuse to don’t reimburse shows that didn’t happen

Ticketmaster.nl is not willing to refund for shows that couldn’t happen because of covid. The ticket for the show I bought costed almost 80,euros and they aren’t willing to return the amount. Also, they don’t pickup phone calls and their email reply is always standard. I don’t find fair that I pay so much for a show That didn’t happen. This is called theft.
