I purchased Amp Research Power Steps. The good customer reviews brought me to this site.Now I know why they have great customer reviews!!I’ve never experienced the degree of excellent customer service that was provided by Peter. We traded emails that he answered promptly. I had a few questions that were not only answered promptly but they also provided additional assistance for installation of the power side steps I ordered. This was an awesome experience and I cant wait to order something else from them in the future!! I highly recommend them!!!read more

You may get a low price but you will get ZERO support if your product comes in wrong or damaged.They immediately throw up their hands and send you to the manufacturer. I ordered a Retrax PowertTraxPRO. The cover came in bent and oversized. After speaking with their "customer service", he had me take dozens of photos only to say call retrax... Retrax asked 3 questions and sent the replacement.
After expressing my concern to Peter at TonneausCovered, I was told to shop local.
Won't be doing business with them again.read more

I have not received my tonneau cover, so I wonder why you ask for this review at this time.Please until I receive and install my cover. Shipping has told me I won’t get it until the end of March or the beginning of April.
