So I bought a Toro Timemaster online. It's a $1200 mower plus I had to pay an extra $126 for them to ship it to their own store.And here I am a week later and it still hasn't even shipped yet. I am NEVER going to order anything from Tractor Supply again.

outdated product, China dog toys, over charged taxes

The dog food was stale, the dog toys didn't last 24 hours and THEN I find out on my receipt the storein zip code 36619 is charging customers 10% tax rate when our tax here is 8% since we are outside of the city limits. WHAT are they doing with all the extra money on tax collections they don't have to pay in their zip code 36619. Crooks. Amazon charges 8% so there is no excuse for this. I will have my items delivered free with Amazon at an 8% tax rate.

During the last several months,I have had a excellent experience with getting knowledgeable help with what I was looking for and got help getting heavy items in my basket and in my car. I bought some things for my chickens. I asked first about metal feeders but they were all up high and no offer for help.Next asked about regular chick starter. They acted like I was bothering them to have to show me which was the one I needed. Then they took off without offering to help me lift the bag. I had a really hard time doing this. So I told the lady up front and she said she was sorry and I told her that this was my last trip in their store. She offered help out but my son was in van so didn’t need it then. Princeton Ky

This store is amazing! Very knowledgeable helpful kind and patient. This guy Jeff at this Ridgecrestca store is amazing he needs to be paid higher he needs to be kept because no one is like him in any of there hardware feed or any store of that matter helpfulness. He helped my husband get set on his flat bed trailer got his hands dirty and helped him. We are so grateful for him. Home Depot did us dirty and was nice to come here and have this help beyond help

A few months back I stopped in the Pine Bush location looking for chickens/ducks. I met an employeenamed Daisy and I couldn’t have been happier with her overall knowledge of what I was looking for and also,her outstanding customer service. I just thought that your company should know. I realize that you’re a corporation as I’ve work for corporations before myself and typically,employees are held accountable for everyone as a whole rather than as an individual. The moral of the story is that it’s refreshing to go to such a big chain store and still get the mom & pop treatment. Thanks
