Flex option + Flying Blue miles = Transavia doesn't know what to do

When booking a ticket with the Flex option and paying with Flying Blue miles they do not know how to change the flight ticket.The Transavia support says to call flying blue, flying blue says to call Transavia, so it is an inifine loop.
Do not buy the flex option as they won't help you to reschedule the flight even if you pay for such option.read more

While the internet page shows a price of € 74 for a flight. By telephone they want € 150. Booking is impossible.It's a disaster at Transavia.read more

They said no changing fees until 31th of October 2021. But actually they hide the fees behind the fare difference.I wanted to change my ticket to a later date (originally paid 412 euros). The new date has a fare difference of 59 euros even though if I look at the same date with a new reservation the price is only 380 euros for the same conditions of the original ticket.
Where the fare difference is coming from ??
I've called the Customer service asking for an explanation, they just hung up the line !!!read more

I must admit I was pretty much satisfied so far, I know it's low budget company so one cannot expect the same level of service and ticket policy as KLM,but when the pcr test requirement came into effect in the NL from 29th December I thought maybe in this case they would be more flexible with refund, since it's nearly impossible to get a result and have it translated in 72 hours from where I am flying from..but nope, my ticket is wasted. Their policy is so strict that reimbursements or penalty-free changes are not contemplated even when traveling ban comes from a third party (e.g.regional government at destination), circumstance arisen after booking. What sort of ethics does it reflect?read more
