They do NOT deliver on what they advertise

They advertised that it would be delivered in a week. After a month of them not responding,I filed disputed with my credit card company and then they texted me from some number saying that I would receive a refund. They have not refunded the money, rather it appears that they will just let the disputed credit become permanent. It seems like they are barely keeping their heads afloat and if you order from them you are likely to end up disappointed.

We placed our order on Feb 6. On our order confirmation, it shows that the table should have shipped in April.It’s now the end of May, and we still don’t know when/if we’re getting our table. We didn’t learn of any delays until we called around the end of April and were told that they will have more updates towards the end of May. We’ve been emailing and calling and the most recent update is that the person who knows about our order is out. The delays, lack of clarity of when our tabIe would arrive is very disheartening.

We LOVE our new transformer table and coffee table! I recommend getting the coffee table to safely hold the inserts.We worried about ordering online but its surpassed our expectations. The qualify and workmanship is outstanding!! We ordered the American Mohogany and it's beautiful! We're very impressed!!

First of all, it’s a beautiful table. There is usually 2 of us at home but when there is 20 for family dinners,this table does the job we need it to! No more awkward folding tables lined up.

Very fragile paint finish for an expensive product like this

We have bought the transformer table as a kickstarter back in 2019. It was planned for delivery in december of 2019.It has been delivered in december 2020 and it just showed up. The promised contact we would be having beforehand to confirm the color and the address actually came a week later. We choose the Siberian Birch which looks good. But it definitly is not solid wood. And worst of all the paint just comes right off. We use the table daily as our dinner table so we put our plates directly on the table and the black accent paint is already gone in several spaces. This already started after several weeks. They did not put any protective coat over the paint, so now after a couple of more weeks the wood is already coming through the paint. Overall the mechanism seems to work fine but you would be afraid to use the table just about how fragile the finishing is. If we bump into the leg with our wooden chair, immediatly the paint is gone. And to Transformer Table this is supposed to be normal. I guess I will paint a protective coat myself now in the state it is right now. I don't even get some touch up paint to restore it before i can varnish it. Thanks for nothing Transformer Table.
