This platform is supposed to allow "INSTANT" transfer of funds from my bank account to tradingaccount.
After going through the process which my bank confirms I'm returned to a screen with a padlock and the words 'auth truelayer ' .
The rest if the screen is blank!
No reference number or verification code.
After a while a red exclamation mark appears.
I check the trading account and there's no deposit.
The money appears at sometime in the future, your guess is as good as mine.
If it's not INSTANT do say INSTANT.
The concern is that your left wondering if your funds will appear and there appears to be no channel for redress other than the trading platform, who will "LOOK INTO IT" as its not their responsibility.
Fortunately my transfers have been very small to test the efficiency of the process.
