They use to be a good place to order from. Half my order is not available and I am told they will refund the part of the order they did not have when they ship the part they do have.If they don’t I will dispute with my card company. I will go with another shop that is not shady.
They were so helpful that I just canceled the whole order. They will refund the order in 5 to 7 business days. If they don’t they will have card company taking the money back for me. They are very Shady. I don’t recommend them for anything at this point.read more

Ultimate vape customer support is non existent. Ordered product under there 15% off and when order went through found that the 15% was not applied.Contacted company and was told that there was a space between "friday 15" and not "friday15" and this is why 15% was not applied. When I was ask how we fix this and was told they could not.
If this is how a company handles customer support then it is obvious they do not appreciate good customers and will not purchase again from this business.

Absolutely LOVE this store! Always has whatever I’m looking for in vaping. Only thing I do not like is the Mystery Box isn’t always a mystery.Sometimes I’ll get the same juice multiple times in a row but, then again, you just can’t beat the price of $20 for over 300ml!read more
