Horrible customer service, said it was my fault that I put in wrong address. My order went to Nebraska.I put in address for Dripping Springs, Texas. Said it was my fault because I didn’t put in Drive in the address. Will not give me a refund or send item. Stay away from this Company!

I purchased a book which they quoted would take 3 weeks. Less than 24 hours later I needed to modify or cancel the order (wrong info provided).It took another 24 hours for them to get back to me. So less than 48 hours after the order placed, the book is already binded they claim, yet it takes 3 weeks to ship? I will not do business with then again and recommend people think twice before sending them your money.

I ordered 6 Ooma bowls. These are bowls that are "two bowls in one", easy to hold as you sit on sofa or walk around during a social gathering.One bowl is for cereal, chips, soup, etc. The other is for an accompaniment to the first- fruit, dip, crackers. Or a bowl for fruit and another for cheese. You get the idea.
The problem is the bowls are not designed for hot foods. There is no insulation to protect hands from heat. So this is not good for soup, chili, or any hot meal.

Do NOT order from this company. I paid for expedited shipping which meant it would arrive in 2 - 4 days in time for a online gift party I am having.Instead it is 9 days, three days after my event. They cannot ship a replacement overnight. How is that possible in 2021?? If they keep blaming the delay on USPS, maybe they should consider another means of shipping.
