We have just subscribed to the paid plan and we found two major blocking issues for which we do notstill have any feedback from support that takes too many time to respond our requests.
Hope someone get in touch with us soon.

Wouldn't recommend it. After they sold the company, the quality have gone way down.I get so many false positives that I've had to deletes 110 monitors and cancel my paid-plan. No point in having a monitor which gives so many false positives that you don't care to check any more.read more

When I first signed up for this service and started my subscription all was fine, everything worked as expected.However recently I have been having NUMEROUS issues with their website, dashboard and the monitoring service itself. I have sent many emails over the last months and I have not heard back at all. The only other ways to get a hold of them are through Twitter (I don't have twitter), their phone number (Which is not in service) or sending them mail. This is ridiculous, I have requested my money back at this point, still have not heard anything except for a broadcast email claming they are going to fix everything. I don't believe them at this point. AVOID this company, there are many better options that only cost a bit more.read more

Support is not responding to notifications about problematic monitoring of sites.
This raises also apractical question: can anyone without any authentication set an uptimerobot monitor on any chosen website to check on its availability every minute? And what happens if 50 or thousand fake accounts do the same on this targeted site?
There are already multiple IPs of theirs being reported as Bad Bots but no specific action has been taken so far.read more
