Terrible terrible company

Terrible terrible company, can’t confirm a time for bin collection they we pay for,constantly miss collections then lie and say that our bin wasn’t out. Constantly mess up invoices. Do not use them out of choice please, stay well clear, it’s like they don’t want customers! I’d give no stars if it was an option.

Disgusting smell

This company has the contract to run the seafield sewage plant in Edinburgh and right now there is adisgusting stench that has extended miles from the actual source. It was supposed to have been dealt with in 2007 but here we are still having to suffer this. Another example of an outsourced company caring more about profits than doing their job.

Still waiting for a reply from the manager Mr Robert Crokopowicz regarding a formal complaint aboutthe dangerous inconsiderate driver of vehicle reg No DK63JDP who's only intelligence is to gesticulate in a very guttural manor without any care or consideration for other road users.It is blatantly obvious that this person should not be allowed to be in a driving position and removed to a more appropriate derogatory form of employment.Its blatantly obvious that he has no respect whatsoever for the company to which I would certainly not be interested in its services and would advise others to avoid.

Viola missed my plastics collection the week before last. I am registered disabled so they should collect from next to the house and not at the kerb side.The operator was most helpful and said they would come to collect. No one turned up so at the end of the week I phoned again, she remembered me and apologised and put the call out again. It is now in the forth week and still no one has turned up. I now have used my second box which should be for paper and that is nearly full, the bins are not very large and until stores reduce the level of plastic, this will always be a problem. Next collection is due Friday by which time both bins will be full and four weeks will of passed. It is Wednesday now and bins are beginning to attract flies ,thinking of buying a fishing net ,catching them and dumping them in Veola's offices ! Is that why it's called "Fly tipping? "

They fail to provide service and then hit you with penalty clauses when you try to get out.Then say they have no record of poor service even though they have issued refunds for poor service. The people you speak to make promises that are not kept by the operational side of the business, but they will keep billing you.

We've been with them for a year. I've not ever had the misfortune of dealing with such a terrible company.Our initial contract was mis-sold, the bins were late being delivered, collections were constantly incorrect, missed, wrongly billed and any changes requested were either painfully slow or never actions. Customer service was generally terrible and it was only due to two good staff members that we were able to get credit notes to cover some of the many mistakes which we were wrongly charged for. In summary it's been so much trouble dealing with them, it would have almost been easier to take the bins to the tip myself and not have to deal with all of the admin to chase up the errors. Avoid at all cost!

Miss sold never provided service and now forced into paying

These people have no good standards. We were miss sold our agreement by Steven Nunney and have because of the they didn't provide the service for 2 months until we tried to stop it.Their excuse is the salesman said he didn't missed. I clearly told him needs to be picked up after 6 am and before midday as that is what is says in my lease. His Name is STEVEN NUNNEY so beware if you meet this salesman. They are now forcing us to pay and only said will reduce 50% which isn't fair as we needed to pay other services to remove the rubbish they didn't take away. We reluctantly said we will try to use service again but not paying for the time they didn't pick up single bin but they are now just bullying us to accept their terms and take their salesman word we weren't mislead. They refuse to amend their mistakes and now we are forced to decide whether we pay for a service they didn't provide us the service for.
