After ordering I have been waiting for my order to ship. Still waiting after one week.You also can not speak or text to anyone. They may have turned off the lights and left. Very bad experience and my order may never ship.

I have been a Vitacost customer for many years. Was a big fan before it was purchased by the Kroger Company.I purchase a lot of organic products that are in glass jars - vinegars, spices, beans, tomatoes, tomato paste, etc. I also order crackers, laundry detergent, toothpaste, and other crushable items. This past year the packing of products has been terrible. Crackers are put on the bottom of the box with heavy jars on top resulting in crushed crackers. Jars are put on the bottom of very heavy boxes with no cushioning on the bottom with inevitable breakage and a major clean up of items that are broken and unbroken. Today I received 8 packages of Vitacost dried cranberries that expire next month along with a broken jar of tomato paste. The cranberries are usually good for at least 18 months (Eden brand). I guess I am going to have to say goodbye to this organization because it is just becoming a hassle instead of a pleasant experience and I am sure they are tired of replacing items or refunding broken and damaged items.

Can't even get an online order to take. They "updated" their website that I used to use with Firefox browser so that it no longer accepts my input only I never changed any settings.So I try it using Safari browser. Still does not take. I used to get xlnt service from them but it seems they are shooting themselves in the foot w too many computer changes. Leaves me no choice but to shop locally for the same products. I do not want to call the order in as they have phone reps in other countries who can barely speak English and I don't feel secure giving my credit card info.

I was a long time Vitacost customer - never again. My recent order was sent to the wrong address despite my updating my address book with my new address and deleting my old address.I was charged $31 and when I called to request a refund or replacement, I was rudely told it was my fault and they were going to do nothing. I was treated as if I was trying to defraud the company. Instead, I've been robbed of $31 by Vitacost. Good products pricing - horrible customer service. Never, ever again will I use this company and I will make sure everyone I can reach knows why.

Terrible Awful experience. Never received my items. Vitacost said they were sent back to them due to my post office contacting them to say the package was damaged.hmmmm...How odd it is for a company not to ensure safe delivery and use structurally sound packaging to accomplish that feat. I don't buy it Vitacost. Vitacost never sent the items and then lied about it is my guess.

Lousy packaging and terrible OnTrack delivery.

For a few years I buy vitamins from Vitacost and packaging is getting worse and worse every year.
Last couple years they start to use OnTrack,probably the cheapest company.
Now packages they throw near the door without even bother to push on doorbell for 1 second.
So the last package I received (spent $290) was staying under the sun in 90 degree (in Arizona) and some part of tabs and capsules was cooked. Besides that – the packaging inside the box is lousy , but this is Vitacost fault, not delivery company. I always try to avoid buying things from them.

Avoid these guys. I ordered blueberry juice from them. It arrived broken. They took it back,but they still charged me and refused to send a replacement. Of course, customer service stopped taking calls. I lost about $40.
To be fair, the blueberry juice was badly packaged by the manufacturer. But that's not my fault.

This company used to be awesome...now with Amazon and Wallmart.com...they are have fallen off the awesome list and gone to bad!Slow...slow...slow!! I ordered a box, and was supposed to deliver within 3-5 days.. Now it is due to arrive 10 days later:( Way to long to wait. During the first year of the pandemic they were slow...but come on...a year later and they cant get their boxes out? And the prices are the same as Amazon...I do not promote this company.
