Original review deleted! Unauthorised charge. I signed up for a free trial but within minutes the appcrashed so I cancelled the free trial the day before it was supposed to end and was still charged in October 19.99( 5 days after). This service is yearly and cancelled before free frial even ran out!!!. And this charge is UNAUTHORISED and against the law. it has incurred over 100 pounds in credit card bank charges for me for non payment!! This is Fraud!!!!!! Kindly refund my money! I NEED MY MONEY VSCO

i would have given it 5 stars a few months ago but it started seriously glitching in july and the onlything i got from their support team was that they don't know what the issue is or how to resolve it and that only after trying to contact them for weeks. they need to get serious about customer support. maybe you can't help but you don't freakin' ignore the people that pay you money for the service you offer.

I paid Premium version and the features are not available!

I paid for the Premium version for a year. In my account is says that I'm subscribed until August 2020,however when I try to edit an image it ALWAYS ask me to upgrade my subscription and when I do it, it tells me that will be effective after my current subscription expires. The end of the story is that I CAN'T USE THE PREMIUM FEATURES even though I'm Premium. I tried to contact the support several times and they always redirect me to one article that doesn't help AT ALL!

I have been using VSCO on my smartphone and tablet for about 5 years. For me, this is the most convenient mobile editor at the moment.I like a large number of effects. Yes, some filters are paid, but they are worth it. The program has regular updates that make it better.

Horrendous customer service

I got notified that someone tried to log in to my account on VSCO. Upon checking I saw that my account seemed to have been wiped.Because I hadn't used VSCO in years I contacted customer support to ask them to check for other accounts and then delete them. The representative "Theodore" (yes, I'm calling them out) made me go back and forth for 4 weeks, asking me the same questions over and over again, and generally not cooperating, only to tell me I should just go and delete the account myself. So now I still don't know who could be using my name or account or other details and have no way of finding out.
