I was charged $146 for a top and pants on the 12th then today was charged $28 and $118 for nothing!!!!I want a full refund of $146.35 and $28.35 and the other $118 that was taken out of my bank account through pay pal !!!!!!! This is horrible and they have taken money out of my account without me authorising it this service is shocking and a scam I want a full refund but they won’t reply to meread more

As per many other reviews, the sizing is horrible.
Normally wear M-L in many other brands. Bought a Large,even measured out before hand. Cant even put it on! Fits my wife ok - who normally wears XS - S. What a joke. The opening for the head is designed for midgets. Cant return or even change the size because its sale item.read more

The scrub price is okay when bought in USA. But if planing to buy in Canada forget it over charge the price.If the item cost 78 USD including shipping and taxes they will charge the card 125 CDN dollars the exchange rate is ripe off. I contacted them but they won’t charge my card USA dollars but instead charged Canadian dollars the exchange rate don’t make sense.read more

I will NEVER purchase figs scrubs again. As a nurse I find their recent advertisement highly offensive.My medical brothers and sister are still fighting, and at times losing their own lives, to a Pandemic that is not going away anytime soon.i was looking for the help from this company i went online did small reserch and able to get their help info which is ₑᵢɢₕₜ ʄₒᵤᵣ ʄᵢᵥₑ five 2one ₛₑᵥₑₙ ₜɯₒ ϝₒᵤᵣ ϝᵢᵥₑHE COMPANY CARE TEAM WAS AWESOME THEY PROVIDE MT THE RETURN ADDRESS AND MY GREEN DOLLAR BACK THAN I FINALLY SENT BACK THE WHOLE CHEAP LOOKING The material and design online was nothing at like the dress we received.

I had figs scrubs years ago and at the time they fit nicely. I recently got a few different styles of their scrubs.The scrub pants are made to fit models(either super thin bodies or hour glass figures). I'm 5'5 and weigh 128 lbs, and these were just not flattering for my body. FYI to the figs company- make note that not all women want tight fitted scrub pants "yoga waist band". Also, the colors don't really match, i got the navy top and navy bottom and they were not the exactly the same color, i got a different set and had the same problem. The scrubs are too hyped & are not worth your hard earn money- but if you're anything like me then you'll probably buy them and try them on for yourself and then realize that they are not worth the money. You are better off with the old fashion hospital scrubs!read more

Unflattering tops bunch at the neck line and baggy at bottom. Not sure why these are so expensive and popular.They really are all hype. Save your money ?read more
