WES stands for "WORST EDUCATION SERVICE". It is more than 1 month now and I am still waiting to receive my final report.Their customer service is also worst as they will not give you other option but to wait (indefinitely). They DO NOT CARE ON THE IMPORTANCE of RECEIVING the report on time.
PLEASE DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE. Get other education service for your credentials.

Unless you went to an expensive private high school in Colombia that follows U.S.transcript practices, WES would not help you. Transcripts aren't even used in my country. WES told us they have standards for "ALL" Latin American countries including Puerto Rico. (As if, Puerto Rico was not part of the United Sates). I reached out to their competition ECE. And they help me right away with the documentation that actually is available in my country, such as my Diploma.

Worst customer service! I never met more lazy customer service reps. The girl on the phone literally cut me off and said it's not her job to help me and she does not have time.Issuing a refund is the issue. Apparently, they don't have any policies about refunds and it's been two weeks trying to get any idea when it will be processed. They would not say. Stay away, legal business working scam model.

I used WES to evaluate my master's degree. The evaluation started in early December 2020 and ended a few days ago in Mai 2021...It took them four months to evaluate my diploma and conclude that three years of undergraduate study, one year of graduate study back home, and one year at UCLA with upper divisions and graduate courses corresponded to four years of undergraduate study (not even a bachelor's degree). None of the classes I followed at UCLA were even mentionned on the evaluation. My graduate classes were all counted as upper divisions for 1.5 credits or so even though I got higher grades at UCLA than at my school (3.8 GPA).
Needless to say that my experience was unpleasant to say the least.

This is terrible. WES evaluated my diploma by "special system". I graduated from College in Ukraine,where I got a lot more course material and double course hours, but WES evaluated all of them with minimum credits. I can not understand how 108 hrs of the course could receive only 2.5 credits, where, in the USA, the course that has 45 hrs it is 3 credits. Of course, now the college where I am currently studying does not want to accept those subjects as they do not have the full 3 credits. Unbelievable.

I tried starting a process to validate my degree in the US but they asked me for sealed docs that my university simply won't send.Three days after I requested and paid the services I informed them that I cannot send those documents so I want my money back. Well they'll simply refuse the refund the money. They charged me $215 for doing absolutely anything. The platform says "awaiting documents" and they won't refund my money. They also hung up on me on the phone several times. Run away from them as soon as you can. I cant believe they are the only company known for this services.

We applied for evaluations for my wife's diplomas and attached electronic copies of all of her documents with all apostilles and translations.Half of the year (2020) they were doing literally nothing. We were trying to write them letters and call them and they did not provide any useful information. Finally, my wife decided to mail them physically printed copies of the documents, and then they eventually reacted saying that we need to work with their partner (!) in our country and send all of the documents only through them. That means they wanted us to pay one more time for another apostille and another translation from their partner and, which is crazy, it is only can be done in that country but not in the USA where we actually live. This is absurd. We requested a refund and they have returned around 85% of the money.
I would never recommend this company to anyone. Save your time and money.

Let me inform you how this company will swindle you out of your $500.
I TRIED to used this service to get my Paramedic education evaluated so I can practice in Canada.I went through the process and noticed they were only evaluating my High school transcript and 2 unimportant college credits. HMMM that seems odd. No problem ill contact customer service. They should sort this out! WRONG.
I PLEAD to have my questions answered. They never were. I called several times and spoke to customer service to discuss my dilemma. I was told to try Email.
In my last call (20 min ago) I was hopeful to find a solution. The response I was given by customer services, you ask?
"It is too late to change anything in your evaluation. I should have corrected this issues earlier. There is nothing that can be done as I'm too far in the process. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUND"
Thanks WES!!! Now I have a $500 confirmation that I went to Highschool...
Never in my life have I been cheated by a business in this way..
