We The People Holsters company customer service is horrible as is their shipping time....after weeks, they have still not shipped my product. This is May 19, 2021
I ordered 19 days ago and it has still not been shipped. When I contacted them to cancel the order, I was told that I cannot cancel after 24 hours even though they did not ship the product. But they did say that they would guarantee my complete satisfaction and take the return once I received it if I was not happy. I advised customer service at We The People Holster Company that I would not even open the package when it arrived and would simply return it.
At this point, I have no faith in this company and certainly not enough faith to return a product and expect them to honor their guarantee. Now I will not even wait any longer to receive it. I have disputed the charge for failure to deliver with my credit card company.
Do yourself a favor, do not order from this company, they will not deliver.

Horrible sales service and customer service.
Read the reviews and don't order from this company.I ordered a holster from the We The People Holsters company and now wish I had read these reviews before I did. Their customer service is horrible as is their shipping time....after weeks, they have still not shipped my product. This is May 16, 2021
I ordered the holster for my 1911 16 days ago and it has still not been shipped. I was excited to order from a 2A supportive small business. The mystery shirts were a great deal,so why not? I grabbed 3 smalls for my sis and 3 large for me. The shirts come in, the 3 small are great. The 3 large however are ALL THE SAME! Seriously??? I sent a message on Instagram with no response. So I sent an email to the company as their card states "Since we are human we can mess up. People make mistakes. If for whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase or we made a mistake, just let us know and we will make it right." I said that I didn't understand why I would receive 3 of the same shirts and that I'd be happy to send two back for an exchange.
Here is the response I received:
"Thank you for reaching out! We're really sorry to hear you don't feel happy with your shirts! Unfortunately, mystery shirts sales are final and the design is selected randomly, so there's is no way to know what shirt we're sending out, as disclosed on the website! Please let us know if you have further questions or concerns.

I mean I don't work there and didn't even have to open the packages to see they were all the same. So my guess is they only had one shirt left to hand out, and instead of saying out of stock for multiple orders they send multiples of the same so they can take your money and offload unwanted designs.
Seriously disappointed. I will not support a company that does business like this. Those shirts (all of them) will be going to Goodwill. Someone else can have the "random" shirts they shoved in a box without a second thought about ripping someone off.

Very Poor Customer Service

I wanted to like this company, but my recent experience has changed that.
Ordered two IWB’s,one for 1911 w/4” barrel; the other for Glock 30s. The holster for the 30s was useless, as the pistol would fall out with the tension screw at its tightest setting. The 1911 holster was for a 5” barrel, not 4” as advertised, and poorly made.
Customer service asked for a lot of photos, repeatedly. Also asked several irrelevant questions:
“If you lock the slide back and insert it into the holster, does the fit feel better? This is for troubleshooting only, we know you're not going to carry it like that.” (What??!?)
“When removing the retention screw, rubber washer, and nut completely do the holes in the Kydex line up?”.
Ridiculous.
Was told the fix for the 30s was “easy”, and that a replacement would be sent right away. Like a week later. Was told the 1911 was made for the 5” barrel, but was advertised as for a 4”.
I returned everything for a full refund, was told a refund would be given. Time will tell.
Very disappointed, very poor customer service. I would not recommend this company at all.

2 weeks since i ordered a holster and two mag carriers and it hasnt shipped. Wish they would tell you that before you order it.They have time to send you 10 spam emails a week though

Ordered a holster for my Glock 19 with a red dot. During check out AFTER taking all of my payment info,5 tee shirts that I didn't even order showed up in my order. Immediately e-mailed them and was told that the unordered shirts could not be deleted BUT that I could return them on my dime. After trying unsuccessfully to deal with the company 3-4 times, I finally contacted my credit card company, filled out a fraud form, and was immediately refunded the extra $100 for the 5 cheesy tee shirts, and will never deal with these people ever again. BTW, the $40 holster took a long time to get BUT is actually very nice.....

Wow.....wanted to support this company....ordered (2) holsters on April 6th,2021......today is the 17th and they still haven’t started production on them.Every other holster company I have done business with normally charges the credit card when they ship. Clearly that’s not the case for these guys. It was immediately charged. I actually sent an email thru their customer service.....no response. Then when i called on Thursday the 15th to cancel i was told it was to late. So.....not in production yet....but to late. Needless to say ill never deal with these guys again.
