Awful manger in line an hour and a half ! Manger does not give a S**t

Nice store got my wedding shower dress here. But they definitely need more than 1 cashier been in line almost and hour just to return something.Very annoying when there like 4 associates walking the floor. Would be nice for one of them to jump on a register for a few since there is a line almost the entire length of the store.after waiting an hour I finally went up to a woman who worked in the store figured she’s was a manger. And she said she was, I asked her if she could please help me as they clearly need another cashier as the young girl was checking by herself for the entire shift. She stated she did not have enough staff and she can’t go on the register as she has to be on the store. I reminded the manger it is her job to properly staff her store and if a customer is asking for help she should help. She kept saying there was nothing she could do. I stated I was going to call cooperate and report the store. And then she continued to tell me she didn’t care. I asked her to speak to her manger. So she got the store manger involved. The store manger then went and got someone on the other register. But told me I had to wait in line again! I was so furious I walked out the store. I went back a few minutes later after calming down. I then had to wait in like for another 35 minuets! ?‍♂️?‍♂️?‍♂️ Finally at 5:30 I get to the register (walked into the store at 4 pm!). The young girl (very kind) helped start the return process for the broken dress. Then she notices only $38 goes back on my card. She has to get the manger involved (who is rude) and she told me because I did an exchange previously I had to get the other portion on a gift card. I totally lost it on the manger. First I started with the young woman and made sure she knew she was doing a good job and this had nothing to do with her. I looked at the manger and explained all this frustration could have been avoided when I asked her for help and she refused. I stated I did not want a gift card as I will never walk back into one of these stores and I did not want to waste any more time in the store that the $28 isnt worth the wasted hour and a half and the rude customer service just wasn’t worth it. Guess you can say I was extremely fed up. Was even more pissed that I waited in line for an hour and a half and only got half my money back. The manger didn’t even try to resolve the issue give me and option beside the gift card. Nothing. Windsor if you want to keep this store open please consider bringing your DM for this area in, retraining your manger , or replacing her. She doesn’t care, customer service is poor and she spent more time walking the floor then helping her team. She let her store fail tonight and pissed off many customers! Was gonna do a big shopping trip here next week. But decided to go to Times Square instead. They at least treat you like a person. Windsor if you see this comment. Please reach out to me as I’m ver dissatisfied and will be telling everyone I know to steer clear of your stores and sites!

A complete headache!

I placed my order for a sequined dress for my sister’s wedding on march 19th 2021 and it shipped out on the 22nd.I live in an inner city in the Los Angeles county and the package was to arrive from Cerritos, Ca (which is only 30 mins from my city) by march 25-26th. Well it never arrived and when i checked my fedex tracking number the estimate delivery was gone and the status changed to pending. On March 31st 2021 I decided to check the status ( thinking because of the covid pandemic they are lagging with the process) i see that my package arrived to a random destination in Minnesota. Today is April 2nd 2021, my package is still sitting in Minnesota. I called and complained to Fedex as to why my package went from the Los Angeles location all the way to a different State. The customer service agent was utterly useless and just informed me that the carrier was Fedex Smartpost, so it probably had to be the reason why my order traveled from state to state. Nonetheless, I will not be shopping here again. If I ever even receive this package I will be returning it immediately due to the numerous bad reviews (that I should've taken in account for). Im hoping the returning process isn't as mediocre as the shipping process. 04/13/21 update I received the dress, like as I mentioned shipping process was a headache. The dress is in good quality, surprisingly. Just be on top of your tracking if you are going to shop from here.

Never ever will I purchase from this store again such a rip off I ordered 3 different dresses online because I wanted to know which one fit best for my wedding.But none fit so I had to ship them back I packaged them all in one box so I wouldn’t have to ship all separate but I still for charged $6.95 for each dress as if it was being shipped separately plus an additional $4 each for paying with quadpay that’s $32 just to ship all 3 back. I decided to just purchase my dress at Lulus super amazing allows returns free of charge and nicer dresses ?

This company has the worst customer service of any clothing company I’ve dealt with before!Never received my dress from October and they can’t do anything to help! I’ve reached out, they say it’s not on file. I will Make sure to let everyone know never order from here. I’ve never left a bad review on any company! That should say a lot!

I am not a regular customer of Windsor, but I will be now. Their dresses, clothes and accessories are fantastic,but moreso, their customer service was excellent. Lesly at the Vernon Hills location was not only welcoming but so helpful with my transaction. She directed me to online customer service where I was helped by Genesis. She was excellent!! Thank you, Genesis, for your patience and above and beyond help with my order. Your professionalism and kindness are very much appreciated.
