I bought the WinX Video Converter Deluxe and I love the look and they simplicity of its functionality.When I had a problem making slide shows from photos using this software, I wrote to Digiarty and sought their help. The reply was almost immediate. I sent them more information as they requested about my problem. Then within a very short amount of time I received a reply with clear instructions on what to do fix my problem. And the problem was fixed! I was delighted. The slide shows that this software makes look beautiful. I suppose that also has something to do with being able to save them as an mp4 video. In any case, this is a terrific piece of software. And I'm proud to have it on my computer. I'm very grateful to the lovely folks at Digiarty who are a pleasure to work with. What a positive experience it is to buy one of their products and work with such diligent folks at Digiarty.

I mainly use Winx Dvd Ripper and it works like a charm. Fast, reliable and good result of the file.Gpu acceleration is a cool plus. Maybe a little bit more of customization on settings and more output file codecs would be appreciated. Regular updates are ok. I can say it's a good choice to convert your dvd on digital format ?

I had a problem with 2 pieces of software I bought on the same day from Digiarty. Their response on reporting it was very fast and,although one small issue remained, all was sorted within 24 hours and the small issue is being sorted by their development team as I write. The software worked perfectly okay from the start. One issue was me, the other just a job progress indication problem which, as I say, is being sorted. Thank you Digiarty. Great support.
