4 month, they even don't tell you reason of freezing my founds. There is no support,just someone who sends automatical messages with excuses. And Anastasia want me assure that it is not a scam?

Je suis client chez eux depuis 2015.
Récemment j'ai voulu essayé leur nouvelle carte bancaire,quelle erreur. J'ai envoyé des cyptos sur mon compte wirex qui n'ont toujours pas été créditer depuis le 28 avril. La transaction a pourtant effectué correctement, ils ont vérifier, l'adresse est la bonne. Il me répondent sans cesse, vous ticket à été escalader en priorité, veuillez attendre une réponse par mail.
C'est inadmissible, ne leur confier jamais vos crypto vous risquais des pertes énormes. J'ai déjà perdu plus de 30% depuis qu'il ont reçu mes crypto car je ne peux y accéder, cela fait bientôt un mois maintenant et que je devais les retirer en espèces et payer avec la carte
Il ne cessent de faire de la publicité pour leurs services mais sont incapable de corriger leurs problèmes (qui dure depuis plus de 2 mois, car ce n'est pas la première fois que j'ai le même problème).
C'était bien avant, mais depuis quelques mois la situation se dégrade fortement. Fuyez...

I have been a customer with them since 2015.
Recently I wanted to try their new bank card, what a mistake. I sent cyptos to my wirex account which still have not been credited since April 28. The transaction was done correctly, they checked, the address is correct. They keep answering me, you ticket has been escalated in priority, please wait for an answer by mail.
This is unacceptable, never entrust them with your crypto you risk huge losses. I have already lost more than 30% since they received my cryptos because I can't access them, it's been almost a month now and I had to withdraw them in cash and pay with the card
They keep advertising their services but are unable to correct their problems (which has been going on for more than 2 months, as this is not the first time I have the same problem).
It was fine before, but for the last few months the situation is getting worse. Run away...

They have taken away the function of having my UK bank account linked to the wirex card,so I cannot transfer funds in, and more importantly transfer funds out. I have funds sitting in the GBP account that is frozen and I cannot access at all. My ETH account can be transferred to another wallet yes, but with a fee of just under HALF of the total transaction. WHY would anyone give wirex HALF of their funds??? So basically my money is trapped in this account, and has been for weeks now. This is my money and you cannot hold it hostage. How is this legal?
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
As soon as I can get my GBP and ETH without giving half of it to wirex I will take my money and run.

From my last review Friday, I got the reply from here saying "my case has been escalated to the highest priority"...Today is Sunday, I received a caned auto message from support~ here is the text:
"We experienced an unexpected increase in inquiries in the last few weeks.
It will take us a tad longer to process your request....
This is to Wirex~ if my case is escalated to highest priority, why would I receive this again for the 10th time as during the last 4 month every time I replied to you?
Please do me a favor, I just want to communicate direct to you and get my card unlock and use my fund... and get over with. Can you do that have your Highest priority person contact me directly to have the closure as I have submitted all the info and you have proved it... Could you please help me and stop sending message asking me to wait? just contact me when you can or have unlock my account pleas.
