Horrible customer service! they just transfered me all over the world and ended up in Guatemala with a totally incompetent representative that kept calling me by the wrong name.at the end she hung up the phone on me and no one helped me.

Zero Stars for Wix's AutoRenewal Process

I'm here because of Wix's autorenewal process for their Premium Plan. I initially purchased the product in 2020 on behalf of a community service organization I volunteered for.The organization changed their mind about creating the website, which I purchased using my own credit card. A year later, I'm getting charged for a autorenewal I didn't set up or authorize. I went through the process on their website to cancel the account and request a refund on a product that was never used. I received a same-day email saying my request was denied. I've disputed the charge with my credit card company and will consider filing a compliant with the BBB as well. I won't be using Wix again.

Stay away from that scamming company. Supposed to be easy creator. It does not work - tried to create website and it does not work.Asked for help specialist and was told that on wix it will cost me at least 1000 to get it up an running. And despite website never been published I was denied refund.

Asked for a full refund and told they can only refund one month. Absolutely shocking. Paid money for nothing. Please avoid

My wix website is no longer required (our business is unable to operate due to Covid restrictions). So,Jan 2021 I set auto-renew to Off with cessation of trading planned for Nov.To my horror I noticed a new credit card transaction dated 2nd Jan 2022 for £230 to Wix. To my amazement, auto-renew seems to have been reset to On (not by me!). However, as I noticed this new charge on the day of "renewal" I felt reassured by Wix's 14 day cancellation promise - only to discover that it does not apply to renewals! (Contrary to uk law, Distance Selling Regulations).I cannot afford to lose £230 for a website I no longer need for a business that is no longer trading.I have reached out to Wix for a refund, but no reply has been received.Use Wix at your peril - I certainly won't use them again (once I find a way to actually cancel my subscription)

DO NOT USE WIX! I am not techy and wix seemed easy to use. They AUTO-renew your billing cycle and its a pain in the @rse to try to stop the auto-renew!There is no simple button. I tried to contact their customer care service and they ask for your phone number. No one reads the Privacy Policy, but i did because I recently got hacked! It states that "WIX AND ALL THEIR AFFILIATED COMPANIES WILL USE YOUR PERSONAL INFO".Please, do yourself a favour, save yourself the stress, and go with another website. WIX YOU ARE A DISGRACE!
